Bro wtf I remember playing this so long ago, sadly didnt really have friends to play it with at the time but damn did this video bring me some childhood nostalgia
do you know how to play it with friends? i got to download it on curseforge and i can play singleplayer but thats as far as i got. i dont know how to make a server for it or anything.

As someone with 1000s of hours in modded minecraft while watching xqc I thought this would be a good place to recommend packs to viewers since xqc definitely wont see this: If you've never played modded I'd suggest ftb academy as it'll guide you though a bunch of common mods and ftb university which is slightly more complex then academy and is sorta meant to be a pack to play after it. If you want good kitchen sink (kitchen sink mean a shit load of random mods with no real progression) packs past 1.12 play ATM packs, ATM 6 and ATM 8 are by far the best and they even have a quests to help you progress to the end game, although you need a decent PC as these packs have like 300+ mods and the factories you need for the ATM star will take a shit load of ram. for 1.12 kitchen sink I'd suggest enigmatica 2 which also has an expert mode which is probably the best starter expert pack I've played. (still difficult just not nearly as hard as stuff with gregtech) Other then the sky factory series which is by far the most popular skyblock there are hundreds of other options, my favorites are definitely stoneblock 1-3, most packs by benbenlaw, cuboid outpost, cave factory, ATM to the sky 6-7 and Ultimate Alchemy. I could list another 50 but these are definitely up there with some of my favorite packs. If you want help finding a pack this website is super helpful and it's really good at finding hidden gems in the community (www.modpackindex.com/modpack/finder) Hopefully this help at least one person find a pack they enjoy.
