    Always dreamt & had plans of becoming a pilot too...tried the Kenya Airways Ab Initio Pilot Trainee Program in 2019, a very rigorous and fair recruitment process. began as a big number too and at every stage a big number left too. Unfortunately didn't make it but I live to fight another day!

    on to the runway - 15:05/16:56 - L.o.L... reminds me of the passenger who went into coma
    upon their plane landing on to a tiny runway strip amidst the South Sudan jungles, and later
    woke up at a Nairobi hosp.- explaining to the doctors that he thought the plane crashed so he died!

    The whole training of being left alone with a panga and sleeping bag is still in practice. Its called Solo camp
