Housing delivery continues in Swords

The ongoing commitment to housing delivery by Fingal County Council was on display in Swords today when the Mayor of Fingal and the Minister for Housing opened a new development of 11 homes and cut the sod on a new development of 36 homes in the heart of the County town.
Fingal currently have 405 new homes under construction, with a further 931 with planning permission once the tender stage is complete. It is also preparing to seek planning consent for 322 homes across the county. In addition, the council are negotiating with developers to deliver 778 new homes through the Part V process.
