@@mikerollins3088 I'm selling Branchmade™ American wooden popsicle sticks for $55 per popsicle stick or $45,000 for a case of 1000 sticks😉. They're made in America👍 so you know they are quality and you're getting a good deal 😁.
Just watched the DBK Boys review the Spartan Kabar. It snapped at the tang like every other Kabar. When will they learn the design flaw and make it full tang?
A buddy has been preaching Petrified Fish to me for a few years now. About time, I grabbed one. I'm glad you guys are carrying them now, and I can not wait to see those exclusives in the future! 🤘🤙✌️🐟🔪
I've got the beluga, same one you're showing black and blue, fantastic knife, I've had it for nearly 2 years now, love it. Been wanting the tanto version so maybe one day soon. Thanks for this video.
Unsubbed from all the other knife and EDC channels. However this one remains. Truly knowledgable honest expert reviews, no blabla just what I need on the Friday evening. Best regards from The Netherlands!
The Skyline was my first large brand knife, way way back. Everything had been gas station fair up to that point. I was hoping it would be a premium version after so long, but a mini will do just fine.
What a joke, I wouldn't buy that for $150, let alone what they are asking for it. I bet it still going to sell like hotcakes based on brand name alone, sad.
Y'all are great. Started my collection from Michigan UP with a small blade for fishihing. Moving on now to more collectable use with Essee. Watch y'all daily.
How would that magnacut ka-bar work as a combo: survival, bushcraft, survival, fighting knife? I've been looking for a do-it, preferably made usa, all and this may fit the bill!
Wild harvest is a cool show les goes out picks and finds all the “food” then chef dude cooks it up. Petrified fish also is a hell a a company I have the Victor K110 blade and micarta under $50 and the action is soooo smooth
The knife that grabbed my attention the most was the Real Steel. I've been looking for a cross bar or a botton locking knife with micarta and deep pocket clip that won't break the bank. There was a vosteed shown on here a while back that I see is sadly discontinued.
I own two Petrified Fish knives, the Beluga and the Deepsea. The the Deepsea was $70 but seriously looks like a $400-$500 dollar knife. They are such a great value, and the fit and finish is amazing.
At a quick first glance of scanning the table I thought that PF Pub was a new version of the Kershaw Strata. I've been hoping for a button lock version of the Strata for a while. There's your next exclusive with Kershaw!
10:31 its just like my uncle when i hand him my razor balisong(beard and mustache trimming blade). ps: he is a knife guy all his life, but a razor in a balisong "requires a lill caution" eheh.
Hey Knife Center. Can we get a video on mariner knives? I'm getting into the marine industry and looking for a knife suited for work at sea. Looking for a a sheepsfoot, cleaver or any blade shape that doesn't have a point, supreme corrosion resistance, and bonus points if it has a marlin spike. Serrated and non-serrated options welcome. Thanks!
Boye Knives makes a sheepsfoots marine rigging knife with a marlin spike. I don't have one yet, but they seem to have a good reputation for edge holding and extreme corrosion resistance due to their dendritic cobalt blade. Only problem is they are a bit expensive.
The Spartan K Bar are tested at DBK channel, did not go through as it broke when they were baton in, it broke as many K Bar has failed, in the first part of the tang.
I really hope the Spartan Ka-Bar has a good edge and bevel, just sent one of their Formidos back to the vendor I bought it from as it had a pretty uneven bevel and wasn't all that sharp out of the box. Not acceptable for the price in my opinion.
@@edwardk1545 Yeah, for the price that they charge for these knives, there is no reason they should be as dull as they are. Hell, I have a Southern Grind Grandaddy that still has its razors edge from the factory after some bushcraft work. Accidentally knicked myself with it at one point and I didn't even know it until I saw the blood covering my workspace.
@@DRB-Octane Might be, though I have talked to a few people as of late that have had poor edges straight from Spartan. Haven't heard about the poor bevel work from others so I imagine it was just a one off, but it's still not something I expect to deal with when I pay that much for a knife.
Baby beluga is the best budget edc I’ve used in a while. Lets get some more sprint runs of that knife and enough with the bugouts already. Next Benchmade is going to have a Super Mini bugout in a trillion different colors😂
Not sure about garbage ass benchmade but it is 100% true for also garbage ass Microtech. Two of the most overrated and overpriced crap out there currently. It’s funny too because they’re generally two of the dullest factory edges you’ll find on any knife too but they don’t want you “the low life owner who doesn’t know what he’s doing” to sharpen them.
Blade brethren, IMHO, the knife center squad needs more thumbs up. Their frequency of production, attention to detail, and positive honesty is unmatched.
Love hollow ground knives like the skyline. Prefer thumbstud. Bugouts: I'd rather have an M4 version rather than more color options, although some are definitely cool looking. Rather have CF-Elite scales though, even if that means only black is an option.
Gotta be honest I think the mini skyline is a big disappointment. My two favorite things about the skyline was the 14c28n and the PB washer pivot. Thinking about it as an elementum competitor is pretty interesting though because I way prefer the single liner and the ergos of the skyline.
I couldn't agree with DCA anymore about the Beluga. It's so good and with the long for cut into the blade you can reverse flick this knife AKA Spidey flick or open with the front flipper, and with the width of the blade it slices like a water jet. So if you were in the market for a big old bad ass Guillotine slicer look no further my knife friends the Beluga just maybe your next new pocket companion! And if you think that's too big well they have a miniature version as well, hope this helps

I go for wild-ass colors a fair percent of the time esp since I already have a ton of ones in the standard black, OD green etc I did get the Hogue X1 in the tiffany blue, the seafoam green/tiffany blue g10 is on the jump slam just on fact of since you don't see much g10 in it. My Kansept Main Street came in a fabulous aquamarine g10 that I'd never even seen before. I'm a sniveling sucker for white or off-white g10
@flannigan7956 I can roll with Tiffany blue/green, but I'm not a fan of pastels. I agree that some colors of g10 get old, OD green is my go-to, but I wish companies would make more variations in color. Fluorescent colors would be pretty sweet, especially if they can glow under a black lite.
@anthonytuccillo6274 yes gonzo neon deals would be great. It must be a pain to dye em in neon or we'd get 'em, but I guess there's bright ass orange g10 and the "fruit green" counts as neon green. If they can do a primary blue like the Ratel they should be able to do a neon blue

I used to love my Skyline but the bead blast always made it corrosion prone even though it was 14c28n. Glad to see the stonewash.

I like how clean that bestech is, only screws are the pivot and a matching one at the rear to keep that balanced look.

@devildante9 yup, 1095 from a custom, passionate maker who loves what he does will blow factory magnacut out of the water.
The DBK boys just tested the Magnacut Kbar USMC, broke after some relatively light batoning. Edge retention is great though. 18:09

The DBK boys broke the Spartan KA-BAR in today's video. It broke in the same place the standard ones broke.
The kabar is a flawed design. The rat tail tangs are weak
There was a brief moment there where the button on the shirt was perfectly centered in the spydie hole of the pm2
