I recommend Final Epiphany Safe House. According to my latest Intel, that’s where my current operation is taking place. I humor him just this once, but if he turns out to be a threat, I won’t hesitate to eliminate him Keener. I won’t fall for the same trick twice. As for kelso I’m not really sure about her. My focus is on the mission and our enemies who I consider a threat and that’s the black tusk and Aaron Keener.
Lot of peeps gonna suggest Safehouses like Attic (yeah, personal fave of mine - like being back home with the folks during Spring Break) or the 1040 (dive hole but it serves its purpose). But me...I took a shine to the safehouse under the Federal Emergency Bunker after saving Agent Walsh there. The idjit Outcasts never knew what they were sitting on. And the Black Tusk, if they knew it was there, they didn't care cause of it's ramshackle state. Does real well for a G'Rogue's needs! Hidden, private, lots of left behind stores of food, medical supplies and tech...and several stories of earth and concrete for protection in case Sokalova decides to just screw it and Hiroshima D.C.. Plenty of space down here, my dude! You need a place to crash, let me know. Will add your biometrics to the locks... Just... Don't ask HOW I got ahold of your biometrics. I’ve always liked the animal shelter in Civic Center, it reminds me when things were really normal and making progress for the future of our country, until Amherst took it away from us, 300 million people even. No one’s loved one was spared, including us and with Keener trying to replicate it with his Eclipse, my hatred grows more than ever. But now DC is where his next destination is, I’ll try to help you this time, remotely. The Attic at the West End would be a second choice of mine, you ever get the feeling of what’s inside of anyone’s parents attic of what they’ll might find something? Some stories I’ve heard before the outbreak do intrigue me, I won’t be surprised if there’s some SHD tech lying around there. Seems like the Lincoln memorial is going to play a part in this season. Best to find a place nearish although it’s better for the both of us if I don’t know exactly where. Anyways wonder what Keener wants with the place and if it has anything to do with the space the True Sons found underneath it. I’ll have to revisit the mission logs and see if anything stands out.

Watch it happen. They turn the plot around to make it look like Kelso faked his interest in operating Keener, so in reality she never switched sides.
