Omg when mommy oh was rolling and stuffing the grape leaves, it looked so much like a traditional middle eastern dish called “warak enab”! It’s basically grape leaves stuffed with rice topped with fresh lemon for sourness! ❤️❤️🥰
YAY another upload! Just made my day!❤️❤️ my daily eating schedule depends on the day. I eat when I’m hungry as well. I drink a bunch of water and tea which keeps me full throughout the day. My favorite tea is peppermint which I make strong with sugar and some almond milk. Regular milk makes me bloat and feels heavy. I don’t eat sweets. I am a ramen addict. But I also mostly eat left overs from dinner. ❤️
I am going on a 3 day vacation with my family soon and my mom and I were thinking on making a vlog about our trip so we watch your videos everyday to learn more about vlogging, my video will be totally inspired by you! We love you Mina!!!!

This is a much more advanced than the first video I ever saw of yours where you basically started the morning with water and then ate a plate of nothing but vegetables (Vietnam trip).

Interesting tart Miss Mina in Jordan we roll the grape leaves and stuff them with a vegetarian stuffing or rice and meat stuffing it is to die for, I never seen the leaves used like this, did you prepare them in any special way? We usually blanch them then stuff and roll them and cook them on the stove top or in a pressure cooker they become tender and melts in your mouth as for the unripe grape we also add it to cooking but a little bit goes a long way .... not sure if you shot a video of how you made your tart am interested in seeing it if you havent can you please share it with us :)

What I eat in a day:- Breakfast: Coffee and peanut butter toast Lunch: Vegetable curry with rice or flatbread and a piece of chocolate or something like that fir dessert Snack: iced coffee and chips or almonds if I'm aiming healthy Dinner: Egg and toast or leftover curry from lunch

I do intermittent fasting so skip breakfast and just have espresso! At lunch lately i eat a couple of boiled eggs, arugula and pear salad and sometimes savoury beef mince pie 🤤. Lots of fruit and a little naughty snacking until dinner which is either korean food my mother in law makes or something random i put together 😊. Desert is ice cream and wine!
Welll mina, its 23.30 h 🌛here in the Netherlands. Was just watching youre video and got hungry☺️🍴 so i got some little bellpeppers🌶 and half of a sweet roasted potato🥔 yumm......🥰 now i am sleepy😴 due to the food😂👍gonna count the sheeps🐑😴 thanks for that tip. Somethimes i eat some bellpeppers🌶 with creamcheese🧀 and some sprinkel of sesameseeds so good too...🤤 ok good night🌠
A tip for taking naps : Taking 20 minute naps it the best amount of time and when you wake up you feel refreshed that’s why I always wake up 20 minutes early then fall back asleep so when I wake up I’m not tired
i love stuffed grape leaves. used to have a Greek restaurant here that served them . always thought a spring roll filling using grape leaves would be good.
