Um Jammer Lammy NOW, but without music.
This isn't a mod or a hack.
Simply, I discovered that in the service menu of the game, the sound volume doesn't change the volume of all sound in the game. According to my guesses, the sound volume changes only for CD Audio (for example, audio tracks of video files or music in gameplay). And everything else remains at the same volume.
