I saw Kelly live a few years back.. fell in love with her.. I was the door man a froggies the night she played there.. My name is Joe.. so she played this song for me... I think of her every time i hear it..
No half-hearted performances come out of Kelly. She plays these awesome live extended renditions that make my fingers ache just seeing and hearing this crazy cut-loose style. The reason she is so great as a true strat-o-master is that she lets it all fly out without pulling any punches along with actually knowing what she is doing on those strings. 555/5 Stars! This Lady Kicks My Ass.
Some of the greatest unsung guitarists on the scene today are blues players. And Kelly is one of those. Sadly, Kelly and many of her brethren are overlooked by the mainstream music world and deserve all the hype we can give them. Rock onKellY!
