It would be cool if Irelia later becomes the Empress of Ionia. If Ionia is based off of Asia. It seems odd for them not to have Emperors and Empresses.

Mehmet Fidan the brother good is a faction of ionia who wanted to grow into something bigger, so they could be like almost a president of ionia, they wanted to give orders. respect. and to lead.
Huge inconsistency between her voice over and her background, in game she comes across as a defiant and prepared leader; in this story she's the typical chosen one who, to quote Adam Janson, "didn't ask for this". Like she isn't conflicted at all in game this makes her out to be reasonable rather than snippy.
While her character is seemingly more interesting (albeit I myself am not a fan of how edgy her ingame dialogue is), her lore seems rather generic. The whole scarred from childhood and given strength to lead a rebellion single handedly, etc etc. Then again, that was her story before, and maybe that's all that her story needs to be. It's not a bad story to be told, but it's one that is rather formulaic and something I'm not much of a fan of. Otherwise, my opinions aside, outstanding video as always, Necrit! Can't wait for you to cover the rest of the Ionians~
Bigbiggy She reminds me Himura Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin trust and betrayal. I heard that old Irelia was inspired exactly by Himura Kenshin. Who knows maybe Rot still kept that inspiration. Both Irelia and Kenshin killed other ppl in order to bring peace. But that's all I will say without spoiling it. You should watch Rurouni Kenshin trust and betrayal it's actually really amazingly done considering the fact that it was 1999-2001 short 4 episodes anime. The story might be generic and first but boi it was surprinsingly well written and characters were great.
