Just seen this video, been in the garage door business 22 yrs, 1 - chamberlain owns Liftmaster. I only have Liftmasters on my house. You could give me a brand new genie or ryobi I would just throw them in the garbage. The other ones in this video I’ve never heard of
I have been in the garage door industry for 45 years and have installed a few openers. Your inclusion of the Ryobi Opener makes me question any advice you give on any other video. I would only install this opener in my ex wife's house.
i have a iron beam blocking to accommodate the length given in chamberlain MQ belt opener also my garage is 7 ft height . how to short the length and the bar. please advice.
@@ReviewTubes I have had the older one for years but fi alot bought new one the 750 cuz came with keypad and was quite had a month now. And they had same model for black Friday at home depot for $98. Was 178
Old Blue I had someone who bought one of those at the same time you did. Needed a new logic board after 2 months. Needless to say I replaced it with a chamberlain product. Everyone in the business knows that Genie’s are junk. I can go on for days about the broken genies I’ve seen.
It was interesting until they got to the Ryobi. I am replacing our Ryobi after less than a year. About every week the door would not open. About once a month the operating parameters would have to be reset. And today it just died. It is not the sensors. I was looking for a new system and saw this video. Ryobi is getting terrible reviews on this door opener.
DO NOT BUY A GENIE OPENER they are trash this is the worst list I've ever seen, I own a Garage Door company in So. Cal and have been in the business for 11 years

It would be great if you could give us your input as to what garage door opener is the best due to your experience. Which one do you own ? which one would you not buy? Give us your 11 year advice, please? I have to buy one today and I don't know which one to buy>
Suzanna Dorantes Chamberlain/LiftMaster are the same company and their openers are the best in their class. I have a chamberlain B1381, a LiftMaster 8500W, and a LiftMaster 8500. I’ve been using LiftMasters for years and not one has given me an issue. I have had a couple genies and Genie’s quality has gone downhill, Ryobi Openers have so many problems, and Chamberlain’s openers have never disappointed me. Anything made by chamberlain/LiftMaster will last you a long time

😂😂😂😂😂
I like the amount of Accessories Ryobi offers together with the garage opener deffenetly will give it a try!
Alen Kofrc I feel bad for you. It’s a counter-intuitive install and I hear so many bad things about them as far as reliability goes
I also found that the Liftmaster 8365lm to be a well made product and it works well on heavy wood doors due to the chain drive.
I have the Ryobi and love it

@@killshot5684 Thank you! Never thought that it would be on sale at home depot that low.
