Ground Turkey with spinach (20 min meal prep idea, no carb meal)

What you'll need for this recipe is
1lbs of organic ground Turkey
1 bag of baby spinach
1 small red bell pepper
3 whole white mushrooms
1 zucchini
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of chicken bouillon
1 tsp of adobo seasoning
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 15 minutes
The seasoning I used do come in low sodium for those who are on a low sodium diet

I tried this recipe with peppers and zucchini because I didn't have spinach but this tasted amazing! My friends almost ate the whole pan lol

I been having to switch over to Turkey. Since I can't eat beef anymore. And I'm loving it. I love to cook it with Olive Oil. It can give it some good flavor. Always looking for some new recipes. I like on opened faced sandwiches with a bit of mustard on it. So good. That looks really good.

Trying to eat healthier and found this video. I just made this tonight for me and my husband…this was so delicious and easy to make!!! I sautéed the veggies in a separate pan and cooked the turkey in another then mixed it all together at the end. Super easy to make and delicious 😋 thank you so much for this recipe!! Honestly one of the best foods I’ve ever had! So much flavor omg. I’m not a huge fan of turkey but I need to eat healthier. Your seasoning made me forget it was turkey no lie.Great for meal prepping. Very good recipe. I switched out the veggies for onions, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, bok choy, carrots, Napa cabbage & a potato. I had a bit of kale & spinach, too. I used different spices & added a bit of my homemade veggie stock. It was delish!

I just made this earlier and It’s pretty tasty! Instead of Adobo seasoning, I used Cajun seasoning since google said it can be used as an alternative lol. Also, I added an additional 1/2 TSP of garlic powder and Cajun seasoning for my liking. Thanks for the recipe!

@@MercedesG Does it come out soft and juicy to eat? I tried chicken one, it tends to be very chewy.
It's actually ground turkey and yes it does the olive oil and vegetables help bring moisture (juicyness) to the protein
I made this, but fried the zucchini, bell pepper and mushrooms first before adding the meat and spices.
Then I topped each serving with 2 table spoons of sour cream. Perfection

I just made this and followed the recipe exactly except for the mushrooms. It was very tasty, however I would dial back on the cayenne pepper next time as the heat was a little much. Overall great recipe!

Why is my ground turkey throwing too much water? I didn’t put any water in it yet it’s boiling with water. I hope I’m doing it right lol.
Did you put it in water to defrost
I’m new to this are you suppose to rinse the ground turkey I never really cooked ground turkey or ground beef soo I’m not sure if I’m suppose to rinse it before cooking it
No that's something you don't have to do with Ground meats
