First thing went thru my head when it was said "Alex attacked Cris" was "Well, he just put the nail in his own coffin!" Too funny how many people dont realize that their opponents stax pieces are helping them.
Woooooh! A really interesting and interactive game... That ends in a thoracle consult line... I know it's the best way to win games, i just wish there were more interesting ways to close out games that rivaled its efficiency.
if something rivaled its efficiency it would be equally or more boring, it would be a two card combo needing blue and black (the two best colours) and would have to not be a loop so an insta win and win unconditionally if not countered
@@charohazard i know. It's just been that 70% of cEDH games end with those two cards. I know that other combos WILL get boring... But this one has just been pervasive for such a long time. All I'm saying is that I wouldn't mind a new busted combo for a little while.
Cards that belong in multiple decks. Pink dotted cards may all be in the Atraxa deck, blue dotted cards will be in a Kinnan deck, and so on and so forth.
Back when i played 60 card formats I would build every deck with 61 cards and the last one was ALWAYS perplexing chimera. Now that commander has a fixed number and Color identity I don’t 😢
"As of Commander 2017, tokens that phase out phase back in the same as nontoken permanents, instead of ceasing to exist as a state-based action." They used to, but that rule changed six years ago.

Losing to one's own Perplexing Chimera is so deliciously poetic.
agreed. that was spicy.
Sus
Spoilers lol

Threat assessment is hard
For 100K subscribers you should do 100 games to determine the best cedh player at PwP
I can see the play to win video now
I don’t know how you name the sticker sheets without cracking up
Last time I was this early Rashmi was still a value engine in the command zone 😂 let's go!!!
Welcome back Ryan 🎉
Gotta start running homeward path
Damn nice game, it is still weird an alt win con is the best way to win even with an opponent so low on live with no board state
What's the point on having the colored dot on the left side of the Chris's sleeves? can someone explain please? 😅
It’s so you can move cards between the decks they are in
@@ronthomp97 ooooh, i see the point... useful (but i don't like It)...thanks for the explanation
Ryan was so based for that

In this particular game, it was either a Godo win or a Thoracle win, so pick your poison.
@@charohazardfor 3 mana or less, too
@@DarkEinherjar i pick Godo.

what are the stickers on all of Cris's cards for?
Cards that belong in multiple decks.
Pink dotted cards may all be in the Atraxa deck, blue dotted cards will be in a Kinnan deck, and so on and so forth.
That was a hard fought game.
Morning! Let's gooooooooo!
I think you have a wrong commander name: it was Atraxa, Grand Unifier, not Atraxa, Praetor's voice
You’re right! Our mistake
T.K. forgot to name a card with demonic consultation!! Lmao
how did grafdigger block the persist trigger but not the goblin trigger?
Which goblin trigger?
Grafdigger's Cage only stops creatures from entering the battlefield from the graveyard. Mirage Mirror isn't a creature, so is unaffected by the Cage.
What are all the dots on the left top of Cris’s cards?
If I'm not wrong .
Those are indication stickers that share among the player decks .
Red is for deck (A)
Blue is for deck (B)
Oh that makes sense, Pretty smart. @@iraingaming
Im a simple man. I see Godo, I click.
Alex getting rewarded / praying for a t0 genstone caverns
confused at the Michael Jackson cameo lol
LETS GOOOO TK
Oh look an Oracle win.
How did he crack treasure vault for 5 treasures?
Don't both x costs have to be the same meaning it can be an odd result
He cracked treasure vault for 5 because he put 5 mana into both of the X costs.
@@alexbergie2627 because Kinnan increases the mana earned from treasures.
@@alexbergie2627 so with Kinnan in play, he paid 10 for 10 mana he can use later.

Atraxa, Praetors Voice?
When tokens phase out, they actually disappear, so T.K. wouldn't have his warriors anymore
Actually if tokens phase out they don't disappear. It happens if they are blinked (exiled and return to the battlefield).
That is incorrect the other comment explains it properly
"As of Commander 2017, tokens that phase out phase back in the same as nontoken permanents, instead of ceasing to exist as a state-based action."
They used to, but that rule changed six years ago.
T.k shouldn’t have taken the 12 damage when he fetched for the one ring. Should of had protection
each player, not target - so it should be correct with 12dmg i guess
Read the one ring card again
If you don’t cast the one ring, you don’t get protection.
T.K. wouldn't have taken damage from Rolling Earthquake after getting protection with The One Ring.
It wasnt cast it was put onto the battlefield so it wouldnt trigger
@discobreaker8442 wrong, it wasn’t cast. Reading the card explains the card.
Also protection saves you from being targeted. If a card says each player, it does not care about protection
@@simeongrays4155 Protection prevents you from being damaged as well. Rolling earthquake is untargeted damage, but earlier comments are correct that protection was never granted, whir puts it into play rather than casting it.
@zehk7963 the second I think I understand protection there's always more shit 🤣🤣
Awesome match, gross and uninspiring ending.
Booo Thasa win!!!
Thank you for the great game! And thank you for no pronouns.
This midrange version of Najeela wins with
Thoracle. Zzzzzzz ban this card already
