- During the Ultimate SpongeBob SpongeBash, a former Nickelodeon worker hijacked the station in order to relay a message to all who were watching the channel at this time about how he felt about working at the company and how everyone over at Nick treated him and a few other fellow artists. The channel went through many technical difficulties as the man was alternating between different episodes of SpongeBob. The man hasn't been caught since, but one day, we will find him for this.
(Hi PigPigGamer, if you are watching this for your Resignation Incident Ranking video, I want you to read this before watching. This video was made during the time I had made my own 7/25 series and thus has references to said series. If you notice when they’re talking about two kids, it refers to my two characters that I made for that specific series. But now to this day, that series went through a lot of drama between a voice actor of one of my characters and unfortunately had to delete the entire series, and mainly because I was less motivated to continue it. So please try not to freak out if you see the 7/25 reference near the end of the video, think of it as like a callback to what happened back then in 2005, and is being brought back four years later. This video won’t really go too deep into glitches per say, but I wanted to give this version more of a creepy interpretation than just glitches mostly. I won’t waste anymore of your time, have fun watching the Resignation videos everyone has made. :D)

Okay I feel like I should make this comment right now, this isn’t a real incident. This is just a fanmade story and the incident isn’t real. This video was made just for fun and not supposed to be canon for an actual event that happened in Nickelodeon’s history. Any type of hijacking content you see is either fake or made just for fun. This isn’t real so don’t take this as an actual real video.

Having been around for the event back in 2009, I find it less scary as my brain wouldn't have me believe it didn't happen for real. However, it was still very well done and very unsettling. The way you simply cut to black and have the footage cut out is very accurate and feels very real, especially when it goes to the technical difficulties card. It feels like dead air, and the dead air is a cool suspense. Something about the silence and the static made me think I was hearing voices in the background, when I don't think there were,
Also, "I can see you" is genuinely unnerving. SpongeBob being threatening like this is something I'd never thought I'd see. It just feels icky. And the ending of "They're gone" and the seagulls looping and being incomplete at the end is actually very sad, it becomes more tragic than scary at the end.

I like this creepypasta, but I kinda wish that the speech wasn't trying so hard to be edgy/deep, because the concept of this pasta itself is actually pretty realistic with a worker being fed up with being overworked and treated like a piece of garbage. I know it follows the story, but seeing someone phrasing themselves so dramatically while being on a verge of emotional breakdown seems a bit too much for me.
D-damn... The letter the Hijacker made was just so different... It's like he wasn't even frustrated, just upset and stressed... And it really makes me feel bad... You sir deserve subscribers!

I like that it’s during the SpongeBob Sponge Bash because they didn’t even have Nick@Nite during this. So it could have been at like 2am which is why we saw the full thing and they didn’t catch it until it was almost over.
This is incredibly well-made, I love how you kept it as subtle as possible up until the little glitches started growing into literal hijacking

While the whole scary bits can be scary, the message is actually kinda sad and realistic is because there are actual companies that do that shit to people, and it can make them go mad. Just ask George Lucas, Hollywood ruined his first film and explained all of Hollywood is in it for the money, even if this video is fanmade, there’s an actual meaning to this. You sir deserve subscribers, I’m sure there are many people who’ve been wanting to say this to the big brothers for years.

Most creepypasta just doesn't see unsettling cause how poorly made the story is but this actually kinda felt real, because of how uncanny it really feels and how its actually kinda looks like tom kenny actually said that before. If you don’t know how the switchboard operations would’ve worked back in the day, this is a very cool creation, however animation cels wouldn’t just be modified like that unless someone specifically went through the work and fed that into the system. The cuts make sense, manipulation not so much.
