Did you record the audio separately? When I played it it was slightly off :-( please don't take this as a criticism I love to see people work to there best. :-)
A fair bit of audio was recorded separately, syncing it after is always a bit tricky especially speech so I try to spend as much time as possible playing around with it. For me personally I don't think any bit particularly stands out as unnatural or out of time, but thank you for your feedback.

Thank you and it was a mixture of both. It was actually lit when I smoked it, then for the rest of the scene the effect was added in post production.
