    hello! i heard you mentioned submitting an extra reccommendation letter, i already submitted 3 rec letters (limit for the commonapp), am I still allowed to have another recommendation letter for my deferred student update? this letter is from an alum who knows me well

      So? Lots of people accepted by top ten schools pay full tuition.

      My point is just that it is still a very very very competitive pool for wealthy people. Because a lot of them apply. And a lot of them are from private schools- good known schools - and they have great opportunities they can take advantage of. It’s still very very competitive for full pay.
