Tenways CGO 600 Pro E-Bike Upgrades

In this video, I show you all upgrades I’ve made to my Tenways CGO 600 Pro E/bike. I’ve gone more than 350 miles on this Tenways CGO 600 Pro e-bike, and I really like it, so I’ve added some things to it to make it more comfortable and functional. I raised the handlebars and installed new handlebars that have more of a rise and a sweep back than the standard flat bars. I also upgraded the pedals to better quality, aluminum pedals, and put a very functional Topeak luggage rack on the back and bought some folding pannier carrying bags that I can use to carry a lot of cargo whenever I want to go shopping. I also added a Rockbros tool bag and a Velcro water bottle cage, because the Tenways CGO 600 pro electric bike doesn’t come with lugs for a water bottle cage to be mounted. With all these changes, the Tenways CGO 600 Pro is still fairly light, but it’s a lot more functional and I can use it for a lot of different things now. I really like taking it shopping. Or if I want to go to the beach, I can bring a lot of things with me now that I have, a luggage rack and some big bags to carry things.

This is the bike rack I put on my Tenways e-bike. It is the regular one, not the disc brake model, but it fits because the disc brakes don't get in the way. I had to drill the bottom holes a little bigger for the bolts to fit.

You’re welcome. I ordered a bag for the luggage rack that slides on and clicks into place, so I’ll do review of it when it arrives. I really like the way it’s designed. But if you plan to haul groceries and big things like that, then the bushwhacker or outwurx bags are the best, because they’re open on top and it’s really easy to put a lot of things in and you don’t have to unzip or zip any zippers.

With these new handlebars, how does the riding posture on this compare to the CGO800?

The hand grips are exactly the same height on both bikes with the new handlebars, but on the Tenways CGO800S e-bike the seat is 5 inches closer to the hand grips, so you sit up higher.
