Visited this project few weeks ago in Star2, I got to say the sky deck is amazing with the klcc , KL tower and upcoming Merdeka 118 all in one view. Fuih
1) Refuse got shoot! That’s awesome, smell don’t stay on the floor. But who the bugger put the box blocking the shoot? 2) No bathtub? 👎 3) No balcony because maybe not safe? I love staying in the city. Great review.

Could just be an architectural feature, some architect prefer to design the entrance with a lower ceiling before entering main living space to give it a compression and release feeling, but imo the living space of the star residents does not provide quite enough living space and ceiling height to really enhance that experience.

Do they allow AirBnb renters? If you want to stay there full time then a lot of new tourists everyday will ruin the mood and feel of the place. Like Face Suites, very nice condos and view with nice pool but sooo many tourists...
I think for this first phase is rather healthy as the rental demand there is high. Plus from the 1st to their latest phase, the price has be revised upwards several times.

This is for expat and investors. However nice amenities and well designed pool. At least constructed by a good company, rather than tender to the cheapest company.
