It's so important to teach your bird to use all of the space in their cage! If they only hang out in the top third or half, then they are missing out on a huge portion of available space for enrichment and exercise!

Hi everyone, I'm Sophie, also known as BirdNerdSophie, and I make educational and entertaining parrot care content! I'm a Certified Professional Bird Trainer (CPBT-KA) and I've been working professionally with animals since 2009 across different jobs including working as a zoo keeper, animal trainer, zoo presenter, animal care lecturer and farmer!
