hello sr, so i hear from other people that the huben k1 its not a accurate or target rifle, is this true in your own experience? can this be tuned to be accurate? do you recommend this rifle? does it compare to the fx impact in accuracy and shot count?
Hello! I have a 2020 version of 6.35 caliber that has 2 manometers. A repairman strongly recommends that I will empty regulator air (not the main tank) after each use so that the o-rings do not deteriorate over time. Are you sure? Thanks
Hm, personally, I would never do that. The draining of the plenum is not very friendly to the regulator so frequent using of this method is not advised from my perspective. Also, I would say that even increases the chance of leaks since the o-ring is deformed and released on each charge, not to mention the temperature stress... Don't forget that in this case, you actually need to tune the gun before each use... So I do not find this method to be appripriate.
Thank you for keeping us updated. I have .22 K1. And I intend to replace the custom regulator and put Huma regulator. I know how to de-gas the gun now. But after I install Huma regulator, how can I empty the gun if I need to adjest the pressure or to do som maintenance? Thank you
Shoot down to about 100 bar, then take the rear two screws out and remove the plate and the bugger rubber (make sure you have the gun on safe). Place a towel on the open rear side and set the power to minimum. Hold the towel by the sides (not on the back side) and take a shot (safety off first). The valve will be ejected out the back in the towel and the air will leak very slowly... that is it...

Hi. This is not the first time I had a feedback like this. The use of this mold is a bit different than most as the weight of the slug is very small and the rings on it are tinny. This requires the mold and the lead to be quite hot and you will need some practice using it. Usually, the reason for the dimension problem is that the rings are not fully filled with lead. I heat the lead up to 400°C. I do not know the temperature of the mold as I do not measure it... I also drop the slugs in the water so that is not the reason for your problems... I suggest you experiment with alloy mixture (pure lead it quite hard to cast it those molds), temperature of it and of the mold... BTW: MP mold does not recommend smoking the molds but that should not affect the size.

Hey Gregor, I am sure you have extensive experience with both the .22 and .25, which would you choose if you were shooting long range with slugs? Most of my shots are 100-200 yds and if I get one of the V5s I want to make sure that I make the best choice. Of course a big depending factor is availability of slugs which I guess .22 would have an advantage but let me know what you think if you would please? Thanks!!

Hi. So far I don't know where you can buy the tank pressure gauge but I will ask Huben. Yes, I had the same problem with quick fill nipple being too big but I just made it slightly smaller. Well, yeah, I agree with you. But if you keep in mind that they did not change any of the parts except magazine and the barrel, that was to be expected. And the barrel is even slightly shorter, plenum too small to achieve more than that. But overall, it is a good limitation considering you cannot feed anything heavier than about 50 grains.
