I've always wanted a star wars movie of vader hunting down the remaining jedi. This would make an awesome movie.
It would certainly be a good anthology film.
Also Ben Kenobi *did* say that Darth Vader hunted down and destroyed the Jedi Knights.
That alone implies he traveled to other worlds to find and kill Jedi.

Eric Vane The original ending of Rogue One was a lot more positive than the final; which was made *during* the reshoots.
Clearly darkness is something Disney is willing to dabble in, and hopefully we see more of it.
i would be fine with a 20 minutes fan film. think of the possibilities.
The beginning of The Force Unleashed can give you a little bit of that, when you play as Darth Vader to hunt down Galen Marek's father.
Forget a Han Solo movie, I want to see a movie where Darth Vader hunts down the remaining Jedi.

I'd take 2 hours like the Vader hallway scene from Rogue One. By far,the best Vader moment in any movie.
With Disney in control, the movie would suck and Darth Vaders name would be tarnished.
Darth Maul fights 2 jedi at once.
General Grievous fights 6 jedi at once.
Darth Vader fights 8 jedi at once.

Remember Obi wan was a padawan at the time of Maul and Qui Gon Jin was just a knight. Darth Vader took on 5 knights and 3 masters
@@felicitys3621 QGJ was on a master's level, but he didn't follow orders and was never elected because of that. OW was a low level knight (as he recommended for a promotion before the fight and was promoted right after the fight). So he was fighting a master and a knight.
@@michaeldaley4777 Qui Gon was a master, just not a couincil member. Obi Wan was a padawan currently under trial to become a knight but he was already at low master level of power.

I love this comic. Don't know if it was intentional, but the Jedi in this story do a good job showing the many problems with the old Order and how those flaws brought it to ruin.
For instance, how are multiple “masters” able to be defeated so easily? Yeah, I get it, Vader was powerful, but come one, they are supposed to be powerful in their own ways as well. They WERE granted the rank of master. They have way more years of experience than Vader did. And, he was still getting used to new armor and cybernetics. He really should have lost and been forced to flee.

@@dt05where was it ever stated that the Jedi are powerful compared to the Sith? Select Jedi's sure. But it has been emphasized time and time again that the Sith's rule of two makes them more powerful. A Sith apprentice is often a Jedi master who has fallen to the dark side. Or ones who are innately powerful in the dark side. Sith apprentices have always been more powerful against most Jedi masters save for the crème de la crème of all Jedis. Vader would no doubt have difficulty and may even die if someone like Yoda or Mace Windu is amongst them. They are truly powerful in the lightside and their combat skills are no joke. One of the problems as to why the Jedi Order has become "weak" is because they have become complacent. They have spent centuries believing that the Sith has been utterly eradicated and that they are nothing more than a footnote on the Jedi's kong history. They train in peace, without worry. Thus, they have no urgency to become powerful in the force, believing that there is no reason to be in such a hurry. The Sith on the otherhand, has spent the entire time training in the shadows. Collecting artifacts from the past and getting stronger. Fueled for war that the Jedi thought finished. Congregating all the Sith knowledge and power to the Sith master, then teaching it to their apprentice. The Jedi in the otherhand let their padawans learn in their own pace. Do you still really wonder why, when caught compeletely off guard, scrambling to escape, and still trying to make sense of the fact that the entire Jedi Order and most of its members has been slaughtered in a single moment through out the galaxy, they seem weak and discombobulated when Vader and his Inquisitors are picking them off one by one?

4:18 looking at the damage on the helmet, it would seem this is where Dave filoni and others got an idea for the same wound in the rebels vader and ahsoka duel.

Didn't you watch the ending to rouge one? or read any of the Darth Vader comics?
Granted Vader did have help and probably would have been beaten if not for the 501st, but being able to take on 8 jedi while still recovering from injuries and not fully getting used to the suits restrictions is really a testament to how strong he really is. He probably would have made light work of them once he became accustomed to the suit and recovered from his injuries.
honestly this is impressive, since darth vader at the time was probably still adjusting to his new suit and had to adapt to a new fighting style.

What's important to remember in this fight was all these Jedi were highly accomplished and fell within the top fifty of the order. Tsui Choi was the most gifted in this group and probably was one of the five best Jedi not on the council prior to order 66. Bultar Swan was literally trained by Micag Giiett and then Plo Koon, and there's not a lot of Jedi who can say they've had two Jedi council members train them. Roblio Darte was a Jedi who'd survived many of the Clone Wars most brutal battles, and if I'm correct either his normal lightsaber or shoto had a curved hilt which on more ancient represented some who was extremely focused on dueling, and this would explain why he ended being one of the last three Jedi. Sia-Lan Wezz was noticed as a successful general even by Palpatine, and only Anakin Skywalker, Aayla Secura, and B'ink Utrila surpassed her among the non-council members as Jedi Generals likely.
There was a movie called "The Great Locomotive Chase". Toward the end of the movie, they talked about the newspapers writing stories about how the train raiders were captured and failed in their mission in hopes of deterring any future raids, but the people were inspired that a small group of men could cause so much damage. Be careful what you read and write. What you intend to happen, may backfire.
I still consider this canon, fuck what Disney says.

The scariest part is that Vader was not used to fighting in the suit. He would’ve made quick work if he trained 5 years after ROTS like in fallen order. Vader killed his own inquisitor and brought Cal and Cere to the brink of death.

From all of these comics and movies, I can definitely see that the best way to ensure survival was to accept defeat, surrender and serve the empire. After all, no one could defeat Vader and Palpatine and and the end it was Vader himself who brought down the empire and not Luke

I have a few video ideas: Why didn't stormtroopers have colored designs? (Like the 501st)
How come Star Wars the Clone Wars ignore the phase I color coding? (Red for captains, yellow for commanders, etc.)
How come some clone troopers like Tup or Kix get special designs on their armor but other clone troopers stayed the
same?
How did phase I clones know what clone they were talking to or what squad they were in if all the armor looked the
same?

Cortosis is a rare mineral that resists Lightsabers. Like like General Grievous' bodyguard electro-staffs in Episode 3. And after the fall of the Empire 8 years later that material was being smuggled from Bespin to an Imperial Asteroid Base to create a new version of the Shadow Trooper Armor, being developed by Imperial Fleet Admiral and Scientist Galak Fyyar. The new version had a crystals mined from Artis Prime and had been empowered by the Valley of the Jedi. To give the wearer force powers of their own. To build an Army of Dark Force users to attack Luke's Jedi Academy on Yavin 4.

Honestly the jedi deserved everything that happened to them, the jedi order were supposed to be peacekeepers who protected the innocent people of the galaxy not soldiers who fought for the snobby politicians of the republic. They strayed so far from their principles and in doing so they got so many people killed and they even caused the turn of Anakin which also caused the complete annihilation of the rest of the jedi order. They were not good guys, they were not the heroes of this story, their destruction was deserved.

Bultar had a sad death, she’s the same Jedi from the Geonosis Arena from Attack of the Clones. She was pretty ngl.
To be frank, taking down 8 highly trained jedi is still a ridiculous show of power.
I actually got this comic as a kid and two of the Jedi action figures with it (Koffi Arana and Bultar Swan.. it also came with that blade and a severed Vader's hand) . I also had a Tsu Choi and the yellow trooper from this comic before I got it. lol reading this I was so happy because I already had so many of the toys from it,

Very impressive for Vader as this was 3 weeks after he got cut down and burned alive on Mustafar. As well as him getting used to his new suit. Thats why he almost lost to the Jedi at the end.

***** Still, the fight choreography of this novel is awesome, beyond that the Clones are quite badass , no movie scene equals this fight when it comes to epicness.
***** The fact is that they couldn't show the amount of brutality and darkness that they can show in novels and video games, in the movies. Of course the movies were amazing, after all watching actors playing a scene is more entertaining than looking at emotionless comic book drawings, but still i think they have to work harder on their fight scenes for the upcoming movies!

and two clones that werent even in his legion... like wolffee and rex were never shown to be that close in the show, and Rex never even met Gregor in the show. If he was gonna tell anyone why not tell Cody? It just doesn't make sense. Wolffee is Filoni's favourite clone, so I think that's basically the only reason he was one of the clones chosen. And Gregor was chosen to get the fans excited.
