I have a historic with this dude When i first played mega man x6 with my brother,we made a rule,i whould play as zero and him as x so when i found the secret passage that is on infinity mijinion stage i entered the portal and kept playing until i found high max(ps:i went to infinity after beating shield sheldon and commander yammark) and so i went to battle him and i lost my nine lives cuz he couldnt be damaged by any of my attacks and i thought like he was bugged or that i could only beat him as x and zero was not intended to beat him so i just gave up and kept playing(in reality i just killed 1 maverick and came back to him)and it was the worst mistake of my life,so seintsuizan or whatever idk zero jappanesse moves is the worst zero move ever due to how you make it,you press up and attack but the problem is the attack cant be cancelled and only ends when reaching on the ground so i had to fight high max with sentsuizan and its worser than you think because when high max falls,IT FRAKING CAUSES DAMAGE,so that means that when i used sentsuizan on him,he falled right at me and i couldnt do anything about it,so i came up with a strat,get behind him right when he starts shoting and use sentsuizan so that he doesnt fall on you,annnnnd,its a pain,due to how much save and load states i has to use cuz im not crazy to play without them but thank god the strat worked,so heres the moral of the history:if you want to beat high max as zero,FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GO TO GROUND SCARAVICH,GO TO HEANIX OR RAINY TURTLOID CUZ ITS BETTER,but i dare you to beat high max using sentsuizan,i dare you =)

To beat High Max as Zero - Use Yammar Option or Shoenzan on him, this will stun him. Follow up with a normal sword slash to damage. Rinse and repeat. Since his pattern is quite simple, dodging his attacks is pretty easy. It's trying to line up combos perfectly to damage him that can become tricky.
