Great advice, but please stick to facts. There is no such thing as "worse exchange rates" in the ATMs at the airport, because if you refuse the suggested conversion (like everywhere in Prague), it is all a matter for your won bank at home. Please keep thgese details seperated so you don't confuse people. So on the contrary, DO use the ATMs at the airport (wisely), so you're all sorted out cash wise and don't have to stress about that or fall into any traps with dodgy exchange offices.
I used this taxi in 2017 and they will send you the price via SMS before you go so you know how much it will take www.aaataxi.cz/sluzby/ I ordered it in the train before I came to Prague and the taxi waited for me in fromt of the train station (even I wasn´t able to say exactly when I would arrive because it was a special situation - that was another train we used because of the tree fallen accross the railway).
