Heads up to anyone who reads the written pattern. She counts the chain 1 as a stitch. I've ripped this out several times trying to figure out why my stitch count isn't the same. It's because the chain 1 is counted as a stitch. The written pattern is a bit confusing but overall easy to follow. I'm going to keep working at it. I love the stitch and can't wait to see what it's like once I'm finished !
THAT explains it all!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much. I was consistently coming up 4 short.
My problem too coming up short re stitch count!
Thank you so much, I was ripping it apart and trying to figure it out
If you do exactly what is described in the pattern, the stitch numbers are correct, without counting the starting stitches.
Thank you very much love your work the only problem I have I don't know if it is the color that you choose maybe if you choose something more clear to see where you put the stitch I'm having problem with the corners because I tried but it's not coming out with that v shape so I think it is the color yarn Please explain it even more and show us more details thank you very much keep app the good works God bless you
Because I am a sewer or seamstress as well, I'd like to offer a suggestion. When sewing on a button, put a stick pin across the button so as to make sure there is room for the fabric. Then, wrap the yarn a couple of times under the button before tieing it off. I've learned this the hard way. Good tutorial.
Oh My Gosh! I just LOVE this cardigan!! I have been searching and searching for my first crocheted wearable, and this is it! I have knit a ton of sweaters, but never crocheted one. Thank you so much!
I really love this sweater. I have already put this in my ‘must make’ list. I love that you have a video to support the written pattern.
Searching for a prefect pattern for my mother in law during the whole winter!
Thanks a lot for sharing such nice tutorial with detailed explanation.
I love the design and the color of the yarn you're using. I'm definitely making this sweater. Thank you for your great tutorial. 🙂
Thank you so much. I’ve been looking for something like this for myself. I look forward to making this with your help.
I'm an intermediate crocheted and find this video very well made. I am a visual learner and you describe everything perfectly. I made this sweater in gray and love it. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for this tutorial! Including a written pattern along with video tutorial makes learning to read patterns and skill building so much more doable. 👏🏻😊👏🏻
So beautiful!! Thanks so much for sharing your amazing talent with us :) I can hardly wait to make this.
I have been crocheting now for some thirty years and I had not known about this kind of a foundation row. I want to thank you profoundly for this. May God bless you always. It took me some time to learn this but now I can do it perfectly.
I made this with a denim blue yarn. It turned out so beautiful!! Thanks for the pattern. 💗💕
Very nice. 🥰 Thank you for this tutorial. I love your voice. It’s so soothing to listen to.
Beautiful cardigan. I had some difficulty following this video. Usually your videos and instructions are very clear, and I have no problems following. Perhaps seeing the written pattern will help me. Kudos on creating another beautiful garment!
I am really going to try this for myself, it looks amazing . I love the pattern x
This is lovely pattern and you have described perfectly how to do it. Thankyou x

Thank you for sharing. It's a very beautiful cardigan. I love how you explained it. God bless your handiwork.
What a lovely cardigan. For someone who’s crocheted for years can I just say…you’re absolutely fabulous at explaining everything in detail. I was a very confident beginner in terms of trying intermediate patterns and I absolutely think a confident beginner could follow this pattern with ease thanks to your detail with explaining things in a manner that is easy to understand. Great tutorial. I’ve hit the subscribe button. 👏🏼🧶😊
We tried our best. Danke.

Nicely done! I've been looking for a cardigan with raglan or fully finished sleeves. This one is perfect. I can't wait to get started!
This is my next project for sure!
Beautiful design💕
gorgeous hook!
This would be a great stash buster. Lots of possibilities here. Does anyone else find her voice really soothing, for some reason? XD
U r absolutly right I just said that when I started to watch the video🌷
That 's right 👍🏻
Good
The pattern of the sleve is so small as we continue the sleve. Why it so?
Hi Sarina. Yes, the sleeve gets smaller as you go, because it is fitted. So as you get closer to the wrist, the sleeve gets smaller. If you prefer a straight sleeve that does not get smaller, then when the pattern instructs you to work Round 2, just keep repeating Round 2 of the sleeve until the sleeve is long enough for you. I hope this helps!
Wow, very nice!
Nice cardigan! I will try to do it! Thanks for sharing and regards from Argentina
Soooo nice sweater and beautiful colour maroon 👌👌👌
Wow so beautiful pattern thank you for sharing this video friend 🌹🌹💕💕
Thank you for this lovely pattern. I couldn't see the individual stitches, so it was hard to follow visually. I also would place stitch markers after the first row, that way we could see where to place the "hdc, ch 1, hdc"
Thank you so much dear for sharing this beautiful experience❤️ Lots of love from India❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for the lovely pattern for this cardigan. Just one bit of advice , it maybe easier to see the stitches when you are working if you use a lighter yarn ? I have just ordered the yarn to make this and looking forward to wearing this 😊

Awesome
Appreciable..
I have hobby lobby I love this yarn and the hook size is a I hook
Really great tutorial, I haven’t seen this approach for crocheting cardigans but I like it a lot and I will try this pattern some time soon. Could you do a review on the furls streamline swirl hook you use in the video? I’m thinking of getting one but I’m unsure. Thank you and all the best
Hi Natalia! I plan on doing a review for the Streamline Swirls soon. The Odysseys are still my #1 favorite, but I like the Streamline Swirls pretty well, too. I prefer the Streamline Swirls over the wooden Streamline hooks. I hope this helps!
I do love the color tho...
That is a fancy hook
Nice thaks 👍
Super mam
6 n 7 row start with same back loop
Hi! THANK YOU...this is a beautiful sweater and easy to follow. I am new to making cardigans and had tried a couple others before finding yours. Just wondering if there is a version of this cardigan (same raglan top down) with a more masculine collar/neckline? My husband would like one and I wouldn't mind making one for my sons as well. I totally appreciated the video tutorial to accompany the written patterns....don't stop making the tutorials :-)
Hi Stacy! I don't currently design men's sweaters, so I don't have a version of this pattern with a different neckline. If you feel comfortable altering patterns, you could modify the pattern if you find another collar or neckline shape that you like. If you don't want the v-neck, you would need to add extra stitches to the foundation row so that the fronts meet, and then not work any increases along the front edges as you would with the v-neck. I hope this helps!
Put straight pin over the button, shed that will give your button some wiggle room.
Excellent , thanks 🙏
Thank you for sharing such a detailed pattern. Will surely want to try. I would like to ask for a favour, can you please advice how does not do Row 2 & Row 3 for the size L?
I am not sure I understand your question. Are you wanting to know how to work Row 2 and 3 for size Large, or how to omit Row 2 and 3 from the pattern for size Large? Thanks!
Me gusta mucho
I love this pattern and trying to one for my wife.
Looking for size large free download
Hi. All of the stitch counts and information needed to make all 9 sizes are given in the written pattern.
