I chained 60 and crocheted into a square.. like all sides equal.. I’m a big gal thou with big arms.. just make sure it fits around ure biggest part of the arm.

4 ply yarn and 5,5 hook.
4 ply yarn and 5.5 hook....you could make it with any yarn and with the appropriate hook...hope this helps
