Thanks, Lou & all. Interestingly, passed on buying a 70 Challenger (GREEN COLOR, RT /*super OPTIONED,Loaded /Magnum) , buying a 70 CORONET 500/383/ RALLEY red color etc,: as our first new Car, ( we got Married May 3,1969.... ).....ANYWAYS, I noticed big Body roll/ over with big Tires, we not really like the Green color, all kinds of **Options, no cruise with 4 Speed/gas mileage as Wife had School to,finish ......Anyways fun memories..Also, interestingly, the Dealer was DODGE/ *AMC IN Syracuse i INDIANA.........
I think that Challenger turned out to be quite a head turner. And I respect the story behind it. I'm even surprised about the comment section. The comment section, from those that I read, were respectful. Beautiful car, great family.

Everybody talks about the MOPARs and the HEMIs, however a 383 magnum, or 440 six pack were not too shabby at all. Particularly with the 4 speed in them. Hemis were a rare buy for most people back in the early '70s as they added a grand to the price tag. If one of these retailed for $3500-3750, you could expect to pay in the mid $4000 for a HEMI. A lot of people didnt have that money when min wage was $2 per hour. Great video and good for this guy in having this car for so long!
