Resistive elements in faders and potentiometers have always had a finite life, a limit to the number of cycles they can handle. Either they have solved that problem or those faders are going to be scratchy as fuck in a year.

Regardless of everything else, or even if its just a copy of other products, one thing they got right was the MIDI switching. Being able to switch cabs live is really cool and something I use a lot with modelers (clean vs dirty sounds for example), cool to use with a multichannel amp as well

ok, so I was going to buy a new speaker for my Blackstar. For recording. But I guess Im getting this instead! I can literally set this up, and record overdubs just by turning a dial! This is truly cool.

Tremoverb is the most underrated Metal amp. Had the pleasure of owning one briefly, and it was pure heaven. Cab Clone IR looks VERY good. Might be the only way I ever own another tube amp!
Totally. One of the best amps ever made. They are awesome for heavy blues as well.
I once saw Otis Rush play with an entire brass horn section using one of these and a 4x12. They had it mixed just right and he was able to really compliment the horn section well.
I love the grind that hes getting out of the Tremoverb here. This amp absolutely slays.

Very useful and enjoyable
The older model sounded much more direct and would excel in a live foh environment where the big PA essentially becomes the guitar speaker cabinet... to me this NEW cab clone sounds like a well dialed in mic setup where it could be used in the studio and for IEMs and for foh.
Thanks a lot. I used the older cabclone for live and I am impressed, and I get compliments on my tone. But when I try to record with it, it sounds really not that good, maybe bad.
Your IRs sound way better
Your own IR’s sound so much better than the stock mesa ones.
I have a Dual reto clone 20 watt amp.It will cause hearing damage in a 1×12.2×12 will gig.4x12 will knock shit of the walls.Cost less than this box.The Dual Recto is my fav sound.Makes my soul leave my body.

Way too many choices today for this type of gear. So glad I live where there are no volume restrictions. Amp, cab and mic always ready and waiting.

I had to listen at a high volume to hear the fan noise and then turned it down for other stuff so for noise, that thing is not bad. My ears are pretty sensitive so I bet I could handle that thing and it sounds sick for metal tones. Nice vegas mode on your mixer you got going their too dude. 😆 It's not ghosts guys I swear.

Hey Ola! I'd like to know what this magic fader waver behind you is called, I'd like to maybe get one myself.
Interesting and small unit, it sound really good but if you buy it after a while you'll search something else...I think I will continue to save money for a real Mesa head and enjoy it for a very long time instead of buy this unit or that pedal or that preamp, etc. Awesome video as always Mr. Englund

Looks good bute it's almost as expensive as a good 2x12 and the Mooer Radar seems like a more affordable option for me
It is, it isn't a reactive load but as a mooer radar owner and daily user i have to say that out of the fx loop send to radar, the radar pwer amp sim and a good ir you can do magic things!!!
BUT ALWAYS HAVE YOUR TUBE AMP CONNECTED TO A CAB!!!!! Even if it has 0 volume
Jesus barroso riveriego my amp has a direct recording line out with can sims (they're not very good it's one of the first amps with this feature back in 2004) so i can use this straight to the device.
I just need a decent cab sim / ir and i think the radar will do just that
@@Soldano999 i don't think so, in order to sound good you have to turn the cab sim on the direct output OFF, then use the ir in the radar :) if you play through 2 cab sims it will sound weird af
