Yep, the cyclist was totally zoned out and I scared the crap out of him when he saw me. This place does have a tons of things to do and people are super friendLy and happy to be here. Yeah, they have local bands playing at the pool almost every day for a couple of hours..

Bro, I didn’t know either until we came down in 2020 for some tournaments. It’s a good mix of Americans and Canadians. There are also local people that live here year round.

It really is the good life there. I can not believe how big that mobile home park is. Looks like they have a lot of wonderful recreation spots. That is some good resort style living there. Love the pool and restaurant area as well. Very nice.
Nice to see all those palm trees... reminds me of a place my grandparents moved to in Florida...a retirement community...I loved to visit them there. 🥰

The brakes on the mountain bike are metallic, so they brake even when covered in mud. But they sound good horrible when dry lol. The sand is covered with rubber mats when not in use bro. I’m pretty happy and wish my UA-cam friends could join me here. Be safe bro.

Wow mate it’s a huge rv site! Good facilities with swimming putting green, tennis courts bbq area! Do you have to use that for bbq or can you have one at your RV if you wish? Decent gym and I like the pool area! How the food at the cactus grill?
It pretty much has everything mate. We have our own BBQ. People,use the common one when having a large party. The food at the cactus grill is actually not bad. 😁
