Are you sure it’s unlocking with every finger print? I thought mine was doing the same thing then I just tried to open it and it wasn’t even locked. Tried all the instructions to lock it but it just stays on normally open. It won’t lock at all. It’s completely worthless right now.
Is it possible to open the door from the outside when you forgot the passcode and key, and the fingerprint scan stops working? Like what if it's an emergency?

@@ubaidbeg1883 I need you to think Abt your options..if you can't figure how to get throu or around a door. Then this knob isn't what you should be learning about.
if you still have the manuals can you scan them and upload them please, I've lost mine and my roomate was messing with my door entering a bunch of numbers an slapping the finger reader infront of me now all the smart home stuff is broken saying it cant use the remote keys in the scripts so I need to rest mine and also reconnect it to my smarthub. since I no longer have the manual its been quite the headache, I can reset the device but not add fingerprints or connect via BT.
