    I came up during the rise of Arnold. He inspired me to lift. But when I gotta hit a heavy weight, nothing like "Light weight" to make a heavy weight feel easier. Ronnie is the greatest bodybuilder in history in my opinion. No one had that look and muscle density of Ronnie as well as lifting as heavy as he did. Ronnie's muscle was usable, not puff. He's the best to ever do it.

      Yes thats true,but he also was one of the hardest workers,and I'm not just saying that,lifting heavy with higher volume twice a day,conpeting and winning at the highest level while working as a cop,also shows his crazy work ethic,

      I don't think Lot of ppl realise how crazy that is being a full time cop while doing what he did,eveyone else was a full time bber,who had a lot of time to plan and prepare meals/workouts,and not working crazy hours,ronnie did Lot of things on the fly cramming stuff in his busy schedule.thats crazy in itself

    Even to this day, if you listen to Ronnie talk about training..it's very clear that he is not educated in the least in regards to the science behind weight lifting, or the science behind all the steroids and other drugs he took. Ronnie Coleman was just the right guy in the right place at the right time. He got in with the right people to walk him through everything, while having the right genetics to set him apart from everyone else.

      I’ve been on UA-cam since the beginning , so I’m used to stupidity in the comments, but this just might be the dumbest comment I have ever read 😂. I mean, the self assured ignorance on display really is exquisite *chef’s kiss*

    • @guy8200
      @guy8200 Рік тому +3

      @@james-jo5ju let's look at a couple of items aye? First of all, Ronnie's training regimen was so incredibly wreckless that he has completely destroyed his body. Over 8 surgeries directly related to the damage he inflicted on himself, is Jay Cutler in this condition? No. So already we're not sounding too smart. Next we have direct quotes of Ronnie literally saying Brian Dobson had to tell him what to do, how to lift, how to eat ect. Also, there is a great video on MPMD talking about what drugs the guys from Ronnie's generation we're taking. And when you listen to Ronnie talk about this exact subject, it becomes abundantly clear that he has no idea what he was doing, and had to lean heavily on outside help. Which is fine. It worked for him, he had great genetics, so for him, as long as he did the workouts people told him to do, ate the food they told him to eat, and took the drugs they told him to take, everything worked out great at the time. Again there's nothing wrong with this, but it's very obvious that all the knowledge that made Ronnie a champion did NOT come from inside Ronnie's brain. He's literally said this. So I stand by my comment, Ronnie doesn't understand the mechanics of how the things he did were able to give him the results he got..he just knew that if he did them, it would work for him. This is only further solidified by the fact that Ronnie CONSISTENTLY LOST competition after competition when he was left to his own devices, and it wasn't until he followed the knowledge of OTHER bodybuilders, trainers & coaches that he became a champion.
      I'm so sorry to be the one to pop your bubble of complete and utter ignorance, and I hope your brain can comprehend the information you've just been given. I'm a little worried for you though because I know you must not have a lot of room up there.. so please try to use your last 5 brain cells to try really really hard to understand what I just said to you before you go with your initial reaction of "UH AH NO YOU'RE WRONG CAUSE I SAID YOU'RE DUMB". Instead, if you want to disagree with me, why don't you try to find me any type of media anywhere where Ronnie Coleman intelligently explains anything about anything. I mean the man literally doesn't eat vegetables because he doesn't think they offer anything to his overall health on account of them being lower in protein. Does that sound intelligent?! So please i would be so happy for you if you can actually recruit the sludge at the bottom of your brain to come up with any type of reasonable rebuttal to anything I just said. Break it down bit by bit and see if you can come up with any better reasoning for why anything I said is wrong, that is maybe a little more detailed than your initial response of "NAH YOU WRONG CAUZ YOU DUM"
      Good luck!
