    The battle with the mind.
    After round 3 "I'm already knackered, I'm never going to do 10"
    After round 7 "My mind feels like it's going to explode I'm never getting to ten"
    After round 8 I am telling my mind "Come on now we are doing it mo matter what, you may as well come with me".
    After round 9 I'm putting the He Man theme tune on for the last round, no-one can ever quit listening to the He Man theme.
    After round 10 I'm a big sweaty mess, crumpled on the floor but I'm proud I made it. I'm ready for the day now.
    This is the reason why I believe this sort of training is great for your mental strength, no matter how hard your mind screams no, you say go. This can be applied to other areas of your life.
    I have been doing Win Hof style freezing cold showers every day to also build mental strength and getting into that shower today was easy after this workout :-)

    round 5: this is easy
    round 6: already 6! i'm doing great
    round 7: i'm not gonna make it
    round 8: i will do it!
    round 9: i should stop, i've done enough
    round 10: i did it!

    This is brilliant. I’m up to doing 10 sets now and I am absolutely finished at the end but feel so good afterwards. Thanks for putting this workout on your channel.

    Great workout! Love this one bloody difficult but nice and easy to follow. I did one of the other ones every morning In lockdown but got out of the habit…😏 decided to start them again and could only done one burpee! 😂 amazing how quickly you become unfit I’m going to get back to doing them daily!

    Yo this workout is soooo effin hard dude!!!! This is my goto... This guy was my first official boxing coach man I learned so much from him. This dude is the best I wish I could meet the guy in real life and maybe spar or just do some exercises with him. Great instructor - very detailed very technical.

    My Achille's tendon is inflamed, so no burpees or climbers, but i add push up or more abs or HIIT shadow boxing. Great format for variations

    8 rounds was my max. Could do one more set but I noticed my form in the burpee and jumping lunges were getting sloppy. Next time I will aim for that 9

    I'm as thankful and grateful as ever. If not more cause I've been running commando recently and you hadn't done a no equipment workout in a minute.
    But some constructive criticism.
    I found the rest times to be very excessive. My recovery peaked half way through and the extra rest didn't make the workout any easier. 30 seconds would've been plenty.
    Also, in some of your older vids you'd have a preview of the following exercise. It makes circuits more flowy.

    This is a must try for bodybuilders. No joke guys, this is seriuos workout. Battle with your own mind because body will handle it but the mind is different story.

    What can I do to substitute the split jump? My knees seem to react painfully when I do that.

      Hold a static lunge position, alternate sides each set. This is great for the legs.

    I don’t know why but this is harder to do than the burpee challenge for me. It doesn’t make sense, cause doing Burpee’s over and over until 100 reps sounds much harder but I’m having a harder time completing this

      This one is much harder because each set goes longer. Lactic acid build up.
