  • How to make creamy and rich mushroom sauce. This sauce is perfect over steak , grilled chicken , pasta , mash potato and vegetable. im sure you will love this recipe.

    Ingredients;
    400g button mushroom
    1 cup cooking cream
    1 cup vegetable stock
    1 tbsp fresh rosemary
    1 tbsp fresh thyme
    1 tbsp butter
    minced garlic
    minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste

    How many pounds is 400 gr ? Can i use baby portabella mushrooms ? I plan to use this sauce on rice or potatoes.

      Hello dear..I recommend to keep in chiller only for a week..

    I prefer to add white wine to it, reduce the alcohol and then add heavy cream with some cream cheese. Then add grated Parmesan cheese.

    Hi chef. If I add this to our unli chicken wings business para gawing sauce, ok lang po ba whole day hnd naka ref then every night pag closing lang po ireref?

    You put the liquid in too soon. The mushrooms never reached the golden brown (carnalized) state. You might have used canned mushrooms.
