Radahn’s horse is actually massive. He’s about twice the size as torrent. He’s just tiny in comparison to Radahn but on his own, he’s big.

his cinematic where you see him squaring off with Melania, pulling those gigantic swords out of the ground with gravity magic gives me the chills *EVERY TIME*

I think Mohg would be fun to see probably ban niheel for balance though. Or Elden Beast for the "fine, I'll do it myself" headcannon.
The fact that radahn learned gravity magic solely for the purpose of being able to ride his favorite horse is the most wholesome thing you will ever see in a fromsoft game.
Please do consider maliketh as the next boss playthrough! Also loving the 'playing as a boss' series!

I think a Maliketh playthrough needs Gurranq as Phase 1, which would ultimately test his full move set and also reserve his Rune of Death effects to being a back-up plan.

Maliketh would be awesome. It’d essentially be like playing as blade wolf in MGRR: super high damage and speed but most things (at least during the endgame) can destroy you if you let them.
some stuff about malenia, she goes for the flower AOE at 40% hp ALWAYS (unless staggered out of it with a lucky hit right when it starts) and being away has the same chance of getting waterfowled as staying close

Well done on this playthrough as the legendary Starscourge! It was a neat rule that you couldn't try the meteorite move if you weren't outdoors. However, I wonder how much would have changed if you also had a rule that, true to the Radahn fight, you had to summon the rocks for Rock Sling before using the attack. Anyway, since you mentioned he's cool but underpowered, how about you give Morgott his due as your next video?
I wonder if it's possible to make a duo playthrough as the godskin duo (but for some challenge the difficulty would have to get bumped up)

If you're playing as bosses, why not Lansseax? Being a lightning-wielding dragon sounds awesome.
Lansseax herself is lacking the aerial dive bomb attack, an important technique in the dragons' tool kit, and she also can't do the lightning strikes more than once. I feel that the nameless lightning dragon at the start of Farum Azula might be better in that regard. For a named dragon, Fortissax has the dive bomb and multi-use (albeit different) lightning strikes, though his static cling attack might not work on non-players.

@@asdergold1 Lansseax is lacking vital moves though, which could make playing as her less fun and more annoying to boot. The first nameless lightning dragon at Farum Azula also has a large, cone-shaped series of lightning strikes as part of his vertical glaive attack, but these lightning strikes are usually hard to observe or otherwise mainly glitch out in his own arena. In various other arenas, this technique might be used to its full effectiveness and work as a stylish surprise for viewers.
How can you play as a boss
Playing as one of the Knight enemies or a Nox would be kinda cool. They’re human sized, but with vastly different movesets than the player character.

I firmly believe that had Radahn been a later game boss, like Malenia, he’d be a VERY infamous boss. He’s only overlooked because of his lack of hp when it comes to hardest bosses.
Before his nerf he was entirely infamous lol.
