i'm asssuming this is supposed to be the old riverside but at least one point in this video they use phenoix (where they show the borken wall up the dogleg straight)) anyone know where they actually filmed the race scenes? i mean they had riverside (barely) sonoma (doesn't have an s section like that) and the one with the corkscrew and that's a down hill sectino for esses
According to IMDB, the racetrack sequences were filmed at Riverside International Raceway in Moreno Valley, CA, and the racing sequences were filmed at Phoenix International Raceway in AZ.
KITTs seats and interior also have the molecular bonded shell? I think C4 would have destroyed the inside of the car. But dumb stuff like that is what is great about the show.
@@GarretGrayCamera The Dukes were on the air at the same time as Knight Rider. But, they were on different networks. DoH was on CBS, Knight Rider was on NBC. TV did occasionally do crossovers, even back then. But, very rarely did they acknowledge shows on other networks.
No offense, but Gen X couldn't care less. Here's why: In 1985 when this episode was made and aired on U.S. TV ('92 in the European former Eastern Bloc), the only TV resolution that was available for the average human was 640x480 pixels. We watched a screen which had a 4:3 aspect ratio and a diagonal of 21.65 in (55 cm). -- Take a screenshot of Michael, scale it down to 640x480, print it out in the size of 17.33 x 13 in (44x33 cm), place that image 7 feet (2.1 m) from you /optimal TV viewing distance considering diagonal/, then try to see the "WTF" flag. 😊
What a poor episode that was. To some extent knight rider deserved to be camcelled when subsyandard episodes were made , on othet occasions they produced gems.
Michael and KITT are my heroes ❤️
Another bomb bites the dust in KITT's trunk. 😂😂😂
And not a scratch!
@@GarretGrayCamera Of course not 😅.
"We'll never get the smell out of the upholstery".
😂😂😂😂
KITT is indestructible.
Love that Car would drive one like that today.
Did anyone notice the gunman was holding 22 caliber, but it sounded like a 444 magnum?

Michael and kitt should join NASCAR
I wonder what racetrack they used for this episode?

Sad season, because he didn't use the Turbo Boost anymore.

Holy cr@p after 40 years I did not know that voice of KITT was Mr. Feeney from Boy Meets World lmfao😂😂😂😂😂
I can’t believe that
Stunticon dragstrip / micheal knight wins the race that is a coincidence
5/Kngiht rider
Michael has a Confederate flag on his race suit. WTF?
I didn't notice until now, you're right.
Maybe a nod to Dukes of Hazard

@@bradleyj.fortner2203 I could swear the General Lee was in the background in an episode. But it probably was just a regular orange Charger.
