Good looking smoked chickens. I like the new material. No electric powered grills!
Great video. LSG on order, can't wait to get it and replicate this cook!
We’re getting a smoker attachment for our Char-Broil this Friday, never smoked before and we’re super excited! I love that you’re moving to American made, that’s great. I think this chicken will be the first thing we try, it seems simple enough.
Good lookin birds. Nice job.
Looks very good nice job America !!!!
I bought a Grilla Silverback after watching your videos and some other input, it will be here in 3 days. I am moving up from a vertical manual load pellet grill so will be using the Grilla for a while. Looked into the Lonestars and as guy cooking for one no way I can justify that kind of coin and will still be looking in on your channel for advice. Agree with the made in USA and my next move up will be same. Keep up the good work.
Great comment and thanks so much for the continued viewership and support. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
Where did you get the wide spatula that you took the chicken off with?
🇺🇸hell yeah
Great looking chicken Sandy….I could almost taste it!!! Love the direction you are going! USA!!!
Thanks so much
Nice session. So glad to see you using the LSG. I know that I love mine.
Thanks Robert!
Your chickens look really good and I enjoy cooking on my LSG offset also. I also take the dark meat to 185 but what are your thoughts about taking the breast to 180ish? If it was 180 on your cooker the carryover would take it higher.
Thanks for the comment. It is still moist because of the skin and bones.
The chicken looks awesome, I really liked your commentary at the beginning about how you prevent cross contamination when seasoning.
I’m in the queue (no pun intended) for a lonestar offset; does yours have a smoke collector? That is my last choice to make, can’t wait.
I just got mine and still learning but mine is a 24x48 with a smoke collector. Feel like it evens out the grate temps
My wife would be fighting you for that skin😂😂😂. Did 2 chickens night before last. Not much difference in our cooking methods. Live in west Texas and built my own offset smoker about 20 yrs. Ago and Going strong😂❤😂😂😂😂
If you don't mind me asking BossMan how long did it take you to receive your offset??
