    So funny. I’m rewatching this video and just plucked that long red floral dress #175 into my draft next pile before I started watching!

    Thank you for this. I was looking for a quick and simple jacket for summer. Loved it.

    I love your suggestions! Thank you. I’m excited to get my kit, and I think I need to try the dress and the floral cover pattern hack you did, I hope you do many more reviews and tutorials

    The dress pattern you were saying is really easy to fit (261) is from supplement 302

    I copy the pattern before I use it - front and back and copy a back piece for each of the pieces in the pattern then attach it to the pattern piece I'm cutting out. Then I use a zip lock bag to put the picture and pattern pieces together and write up what I did to make it work for me.

    Just come across your site. Loved your video. It’s given me more confidence to use the Lutterloh system. I do like the casual coat you have made from the dress pattern.

    Love your hack & the reminder that it’s ok to add some shaping.

    Hi, can you tell me with the Lutterloh patterns is EASE built in for movement or do I need to add extra centimetres? Love your tutorials very helpful thank you.

    I want to do the blue coat at 13.44 have you tried to make it? if so how was it

    • @lifestylesew
      @lifestylesew  2 роки тому

      Sorry, I have not made the blue coat. Coats have more sewing, so make sure you know all the steps before you start. Look how they make coats from other UA-camrs it will really help you understand the process ok . Good luck

      @@lifestylesew thank you for the advice I have a pattern for a coat I’m going try follow the instructions for that one and see how it goes. I’m definitely going to do a mock up as well

    • @lifestylesew
      @lifestylesew  2 роки тому +1

      Definitely do a mock-up its a must. Dont forget to do any adjustments on the pattern before you start. I once forgot to do my round back adjustment and the garment was unwearable, it happens to us all. ha

    Hi there. Was wondering what size paper you started with for a top? I ran out of length. Hate wasting a lot of paper and was trying to land on same basic guidelines. I don't have a huge place to draft, unfortunately. Thank you

    • @lifestylesew
      @lifestylesew  3 роки тому

      Hi Kay, I use 62cm wide. I also hate to waste paper. I do tape larger pieces together and draft on it. Smaller pieces I also keep for doing adjustments.
