Hi Gwendolyn! I am new to your channel. I love fabric and pattern hauls. Please stop by and say hello. I like to show my errors so I like that. Someone else does to especially with Lutterloh. I got another system for Christmas. I had one about ten years ago and did not know how to use it so I threw it away.😮😮😮.
Hi Zelda, Lots of people find it hard. Its simple really, you just have to do your own adjustments on the pattern, like you would if you bought a sewing pattern. Most people think because you are taking your own measurements, it will fit, problem with that is, the pattern will not know it you need a bust adjustment or a round back adjustment. You need to make some sort of mock up first, when you are happy then with the fit, cut it out again on your main material. I was really trying to say to people, I also sometimes miss adjustments out, if I do, this is what happens. I do all sorts of other sewing, not just Lutterloh. Thanks Gwendoline
Hi Lida, anything is possible, but it dose not matter as they have to come off when I get new material to re cut the back with its adjustment. Will look at the arm then again then. All part of sewing, love it. G
@@bettyhappschatt3467 I think did say I was going to take the back off in the video. The sides also have to be re worked, by taking it in lower down the sides. It will be a nice jacket when finished, but Im not in a rush to do it, as I need to look out for the material. Thanks for watching and your input. Its always nice that people have taken the time to comment on what I say or do, thank you so much. G
Hi, you are right its a little big for me, but when you are big chested you have to get that right first. It fits on the chest, that's why I will take in the sides, and fix the arms. It's the round back that's the real problem, as that cant be fixed once the fabric is cut. I showed everyone so they could see anyone can have problems. I will just order a mt of fabric, so I can redo the back again. Fix the sides and arms. I may even put some embroidery on it just for good measure. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for the good information.

Is it possible that you have the sleeves sewn in backwards? The back is in the front and the front is in the back?

Thanks for sharing!
Hi!! the Sale price is 1£ / meter.
It all depends on what you buy. I did buy some Poly Cotton at £1 a meter.
It will be easier to redo the back when the sleeves are off.
@@lifestylesew I mean it is a whole meter instead of a yard.
