Seems like it's a glitch with the new software update, other people have complained as well. I am just waiting for another software update and hopefully it will fix this issue for us. I'm still receiving texts/calls so it isn't really impacting me.

That individual contact option at 3:17 is not showing for me in May 2022. Perhaps this was removed during an update.

Too much setup and maintenance
If you want to focus on getting on with your life, don't get an iphone
I used to see this on a contacts message thread all the time and now it's vanished, what does that mean?
