It's bleach. Which tbh is amazing.
Really? That surprises me since you use a lot of alcohol markers. Those blending markers that come with alcohol markers can lift colour. And water based marker artists use a lot of that colour lifting solution. Tombow has one and I think Kuretake has one too. But I have ussually seen them use it in the form of a marker, never in a bottle like that. I wanna wager they contain hydrogen peroxide with some other stuff but I could be wrong.
I also wanna wager that sponge is natural sea sponge instead of synthetic one.
@@wrongturnVfor I believe you may be correct on both fronts, I would need to refer to the magazine but i do remember it said the sponge was natural :) and therefore could last a VERY long time. Over synthetic

I thought the color dissapiering ink would be like a Tintenkiller (ink eraser) but you can actually draw on it again with the same color you erased that pretty cool!

I've been an upcrate subscriber since Jan 2020 and I can't recommend them enough! The boxes are always different and interesting (one month I got a lino printing kit!) and I'm rarely disappointed. So much effort goes into the zine too. Tons of useful tips for the included supplies.

I truly loved the July 2021 Box and that Art Style is super adorable. And I loved the face he made when he was shaking the pen🤣
Plus seeing the results of these awesome drawings created exceptional quality results. The Kiba Drawing is definitely my favorite (Because the highlights really created the beauty in the drawing)

I tried the molotow blackliner vs the pigma, seems both same darkness just one has a greenish hue and the other more reddish.
I do like it.
But overall seems copic multiliner is best for alcohol markers and no smudge

Amazing, you definitely sold this so well. These boxes look like great value. I'm so very, very tempted to sign up. That ink disappearing fluid is some kind of crazy witch craft, I love it ❤ I can also remember those gold paint pens or ones similar from when I was at school (so, so, so long ago I actually left school in the 1980s) you could get silver as well. Everything in those boxes just looked worth it.
Oh, and my money is on the spider 🥊

Mystery boxes are so fun. I definitely have some of them on my wishlist. I am excited to see what combination of supplies can do to get creative. I wonder how this compares to other art boxes both price and quantity wise.
The marker paper is probably my favorite. I use bristol board or watercolor paper with alcohol markers. I like to do mixed media so it works well for what I need it to.

I have been collecting Upcrate boxes for the last 3 months so I can do a video for my own channel (my channel is a baby channel still). I hadn't actually seen these boxes anywhere before and had found the product on google. But you beat me to it with this video and I don't get to use the discount code, as I am already a member. I have so far peaked in my boxes, but not had full looks. I only have one of the boxes you showed. I can't wait to try these products, because they will definitely be products I am very new to and don't know how to use yet.

Love to see a video on par with your everything is one color challenge but its 1 picture divided into 4 parts and each part is 1 color group... Basically 4 parts, 1 picture, and each part is a different season. I think the final product would look cool

I have the same mechanical pencil, and mine came with instructions to push the lead out so little it barely shows under the metal, because the protective metal moves when you move the pencil. It's meant to protect the lead from breaking. I use it that way and I havent had a lead break yet!

About the manga paper: it's great for pencil as well if you like a smooth paper to draw on like me. It's thick and it can take a beating (I can be quite heavy handed and that paper has never once ripped or folded on me, it's great).
I personally use a lot of different supplies in one drawing (inks, posca markers, Faber Castell pencils, even paint and alcohol markers when I feel fancy and the paper takes it all really well.
That all to say, that Manga paper is the best paper I have personally ever used

You should try out Mike Mignola style in next style challenge video. Personally I really like that one and I believe it's unique. I believe he did couple Batman and He man comics as well as some horror graphic novels. By far his Hellboy run is probably most recognizable, as he invented that character.
