Hey bud I ctually explain how to open the hatch in the the first 35 seconds to about the first minute in the video. Charging the battery from under hood would not be recommended. Typically a battery needs to be charged at the battery posts themselves.
If i had the ability to jump start it right now I wouldn't have to worry about ioe ING the back as it would be running. I can plug a charger in but that's it right now. I may have to run and buy a jump starter box and cables in case
Can you charge it from the engine bay? Mine is totally dead i cant even open the rewr hatch

@timothyberlinski2299 check your connections and check to see if your jump cables are good. It doesn't require much power to open the hatch.
