- Episode 48: I stayed in the car with my own light truck camper. This time I went to see the spring cherry blossoms that I visited in Nagano prefecture. Speaking of cherry blossom viewing, it is a festival stall, but this year as well, we refrain from doing so. So I tried to make takoyaki by myself.

13:33 要先燒熱鐵板, 之後才放食油, 再燒一下, 再加多一層食油, 才放其他食材, 不然會粘著鐵板

You have to heat the iron plate first, then add cooking oil, then burn it again, and add another layer of cooking oil before putting other ingredients, otherwise it will stick to the iron plate

When you use the castiron pan, heat it up with very low flam slowly for a while. Also, the oil needs to heat up well. Then food won't be stuck on the pan. :)

A great video with lots of scenic shots, and your cooking segments are always a joy to watch!
For the takoyaki, I noticed you free-poured the water for the batter without measuring, which could result in a thinner batter that has issues releasing from the pan. Also, the pan should be sufficiently hot before you oil it, and this will also prevent sticking. Try again sometime - cooking is both an art and a skill, and the more times you fail, the less likely you will each subsequent time afterwards.
