This seems like it might be a legit transformers project. Reminds me of that miniature transformers line they did for a while.

If you want to hide the head, a 1x1 tile with bottom bracket and 1x1 tile can make a convincing engine exhaust. Or just engine.

I considered adding that. However, that would make it more bulky than I like.
