You need a video showing the actual installation on a door. You say that the lock goes over an existing lock so the key still works, that looks like a lie based on the pictures on your IndieGoGo and how I understand locks to work. Also how does a new person send a request for Entry when the lock seems to have no resistive or capacitive inputs. Is it via NFC? How would I let a dog walker in who didn't have a smartphone? I like the idea but right now I honestly see this as vaporware and have not considered pledging because I'm not convinced you have thought this product out.
I see all slick, feel-good advertising, and no information at all about the critical stuff: security, battery life, etc. This tiny, one batterty? if the lock mechanism is heavy, won't battery run out often, and no key for backup here? If the lock mechanism isn't heavy, how strong is it? Now can wifi sniffers steal my actual physical possessions as well as my intternet access? The only purpose of a lock is to keep people out. If I can't be sure it does that, the best looking lock is no luck at all (also the cheapest),
