I think the prices you mention are way lower than the real prices which are, in reality, thousands of dollars higher (the ones in the US market). Pleasure Way's TOFINO is nice but it needs a toilet and shower area in the back for it to be a really great Buy for me. Having this installed by an independent installer would probably delete the guarantee and costs thousands of dollars extra.
leave the banks in peace.do it my way... buy some garbage kind of van,paint it,build some wood work inside,just as YOU want,some chineese heater ,some stove and biotoilet,and go travel.after trip or two you wont be sorry that you not spend the earth for such expensive vihiclels like those ones))
I am 6’1´´ and just bought a T3 Westfalia. I can stand in it with headroom to spare. Good for cooking but the bed clips away soit is great to raise the roof just to hang out for a day. I use it as my mobile office so I enjoy the added volume a lot. Also good if you are camping and decide to invite a friend for the night. It gives you a second double (let’s call it a 3/4) bed.
