This is my favorite part of this movie! Them boys coming.....coming in hot!!
The soundtrack to this movie helped make this a masterpiece. I always believe that a movie, even a bad one, can be redeemed with good music. No absolute shit movie had anything decent music wise. This movie wasn't bad in any way and the music reflected everything this movie represented.
Obviously it's a movie so a lot of things could've been done better without the need for movie magic, but it's still amazingly well done.
AK -47: I’m the best
Airstrike: Hold ma beer 🍻
It’s probably an AKM not an AK-47.
One of my favourite movie of all Time..
Since 1988 Me too
what's it name? tks
Watched this at cinema when I was 9. with my daddy.
The chick at the gate “I’m an American “ lol
lmaooo
Open the gate, I'm an American
Right...whole movie she curses her citizenship and american government ohh but now your in danger you want help
Aaron seanez ...cameroon soldier would say: " wait til another white get here"
Anthony Miller Maybe you guys don't travel much, but it does mean something you morons. A U.S. passport can get you into most every country easily along with maybe a dozen others. This isn't true for the majority of countries.
The best film in history.
The music in this scene. Amazing!
F-18's arrive and it's....C-YA bad guys. That entire end battle scene was terrific.
Vince Almaraz that’s right, everybody is bad guys, only americans are good guys... while destroying dozens countries and killing millions for world domination and control of natural resources..
@@omicronceti6063 Yes, I know. The rest of the world is a shining beacon of hope filled with honorable people that are all just hapless victims to the evil USA. Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, the Middle East are all trying to spread goodwill and hope, but are thwarted at every turn by the evil US empire. All the millions we send in aid to other countries is just a smoke screen to our imperialist agenda. And all the millions of immigrants that come here is just a magic trick. We payed all those people to pretend to come here just to look good.
Vince Almaraz please...
"Amazon delivery!" ... always gets you in
This War Movie was based on a True Event that happened ( Checked out American Marines sacrificed to save a French Lady Doctor in Africa ) ... Salute to All those who have sacrificed to help saved the innocents from the extremist warlords ... May Good Gods & Goddesses protect & blessed the innocents , always! 🕯🌷🕊🌍♥️🇺🇲
Wasn't this Movie based on the Actions of Canadian marines.
To all the men and everywhere on earth who fight for freedom and against tyranny !!!
Life time movie, Bruce! I adore you.
This video shows us all what danger close means!
Lol no! Danger close is in less than 600m iirc, not 100m away. That call would be suicidal and they could be killed easily by the explosion or just the side effect of the explosion ( the shockwave)
Nobody ever wanted to use that phrase. Its like a suicidal mission.
Pre 9-11 modern war movies are just weird to me now. 9-11 Global War on Terror Veteran 9 years paratrooper 4 years of my life in Afghan. It's crazy look back at what we as a country thought our future military conflicts would be pre 9-11.
This is based on a true story
This movie came out 2 weeks before the invasion of Iraq, and well into the war in Afghanistan.
@@dominickjustave3860 Not exactly. Its based on a mission conducted by canadian special forces unit JTF2 to rescue a NGO and church workers in colombia after guerillas began disturbing the peace. They were pursued through the colombian jungle by FARC guerillas and engaged them twice. They were eventually rescued by american helicopters
This movie inspired me to be an f-18 super hornet pilot. Crazy now to watch this as I fly one of these.
ABSOLUTELY !!!
“Eagle one this is Star One”
One of the best movies I have watched
Owesome movie. I agree👍👍👍👍
There's something really beautiful about self sacrifice. Especially for those who you don't know. They're people, and that's all that matters.
Great movie
Eagle one this is star one...😁😁
1 actual this is 2 actual how copy.
Might be the best movie ever.
sooo a Canadian special forces mission turns into US Navy seals mission..Hollywood..gotta love it
Americans don't watch films if the heroes aren't American.
Which CSF mission would that be?
Well everyone knows Americans are the only heroes around here they invented freedom you know
This was released only a week. Before the US invasion of Iraq. Hardly a coincidence.
@@thegunslinger1363 no it wasn't. We went in March 2003. Film came out September 2003.
A Very Under-Rated Film, I remember thinking that after I 1st watched it and still do. Not a Epic but I was expecting a Meh Film and it delivered more, Great Cast, Acting, Score & though the Story isn't anything new it was way btr than I expected.
Everytime i see this scene i always cry 😢
Harm missiles are used against radar installations. I’m guessing in the scene where the pilot arms his payload (switch says “missile arm”) people mistake that as “missile harm”. The payload dropped in the scene is absolutely Willy Pete or White Phosphorus.
Breaks literally all military protocol by calling him by his name but it’s so badass.
saving Ryan tears of the sun and Gettysburg are the best war flicks in my opinion
Indeed. Black Hawk Down is also a good one
One of the best movies Ive ever seen!
"Eagle One, this is Star One. Eagle One, this is Star One. Do you read? "
" Star One, this is Eagle One. Go! "
" What do you got down there, L.T.? "
" l got beaucoup bad guys between the tree line and my smoke! "
....
"l got white smoke, L.T. "
" Let her rip, Todd. Danger close! "
" Roger that. Coming in hot. "
This was epic
Todd? Who is Todd?
The guy who bombed bad guys......
Shouldn’t they like don’t tell the real name but the code name like “butch” or”angel” or something
The soundtrack is epic for that part
Looks like this is one of the last movies that Bruce didn't just phone in.
This is Danger Close, but still not a Broken Arrow.
No one said otherwise
Movie and the soundtracks were amazing.
I like how he hits the spin recovery switch with the clean, newly labeled "missile arm" sticker over it. haha
This movie made me so emotional. The sad thing is things like this did happen. But, it's a good movie.
ROGER THAT, COMING IN 🔥.... My new line whenever I'm in fight
After all these years I still love it when those Hornets roll in.
Ah Bruce...you were once one of the best action heroes. Now the hero has fallen. RIP
