This was the best boat tour video I have ever seen. It was complete and showed everything that was important. I especially like the the map of the boat and the star showing where in the boat the video was being shot. Anyone who is trying to sell a boat should mimic this video!
Now there's a broker that knows how the job is done _ Seldom does one see such continuity, a well thought out presentation _ And helpful especially for those not so familiar with the IP420 or a sailing novice _ i would want to use this broker if i only knew who he is? _ If i was to knit-pick at anything here the video length could be reduced, for example, by showing "key" storage only, etc _ And mention the height in a few more spots _ The boat hunt can be difficult for someone 6'5" _ The use of the locator diagram makes a great correlation aspect - never saw that before, thanks
I am sorry but this has to be the most boring walk throughs I have watched. Too long, too much detail. Lets face it, if you are serious about this great boat, you are going to visit it and at that money get a survey.
Pat, I respectfully disagree. I think most buyers take advantage of the internet, and shop boats located all over the world. A video that thoroughly describes a boat's features, and videos the condition, and verbally lists the details, such as the age and area of the sails, and shows all the features, that will potentially differentiate that boat amoung the thousands of boats listed for sail, is an excellent help to buyers, and ultimately to the sellers as well. Some buyers prefer audio/visual presentations; and some other are better reading detailed descriptions in a YachtWorld sales listing. My point is, a seller that contracts with an agent who has the ability to video and dictate an in-depth presentation helps prospective buyers screen out yachts that don't check all their boxes, and likewise encourage buyers to schedule a trip to see boats that they feel strongly are worthy of closer consideration. Just my 2 cents. I'm a detail person. A 30 minute detailed video is better that a 10 minute general video.
JUST REDUCED to $245K

Omg! MY BOAT! Albeit 6 years from now when I retire. Love IPY! This a beautiful vessel. Excellent video walkthrough! Just earned another sub.
My hat is off! One of the best video on the sale of a boat. Well Done!
Prachtige boot, heel veel plezier met de watersport. En een behouden vaart.
Beautiful boat. Defently a pleasure to travel with her around the world. Thanks for the tour.
Beautiful San Carlos area.
420 has such graceful lines. One of the best looking boats out there IMO.
Awesome video walkthrough
Detailed presentation, great video. Thanks

Beautifully Thought out and designed boat..think island packets are my favourite after seeing this amazing vessel🙏🏻🌈🦾🔥🔥🔥
Loved the boat as this was the first time touring an IP 420. Grateful to learn about them, but it's beyond my budget.
Gorgeous in all respects!
Awesome boat
You still have it
Spectacular!
I imagine this boat sold. It would be nice to know at what price? Great video. :-)
Brokers would do well to spend this kind of time to detail the features of the boats they’re offering.
Thank you! Much appreciated 😊
Love the island packet , but the video shots were to close down below deck
Where do you store your tender for ocean crossings?
How much
