You are the best instructor and your videos are the best. I grow impatient with silly chit chat and watching people choose paper, discuss their issues, etc. You get right to the point and skip the boring stuff. I thank you! I learn so much watching your videos!
This card is so awesome!!! I am a newbie and found this video about a year ago but it was beyond my capabilities. I was not familiar enough with Cricut to know where to find things that are now in different places. However, I've been learning for the last few months and decided to give this one another try and... it worked! I was so happy with my end results! I see a lot more cards that I want to make. Just have to find people with birthdays to send them to! Thanks for a super great tutorial.
I did not realize I can do all of this with my cricut. I have been watching some of your videos since I saw you and Melody together last week. You have opened a whole new world for me! Thanks for the great ideas!
I recently received a Cricut for Christmas and have been looking for some ideas and tutorials to get me started. This was by far one of the easiest tutorials to follow along with. Very detailed and super cute!
I'm a newbie on Cricut and have learned a lot by following along with this tutorial. Thank you Lorrie. I will definitely subscribe to your UA-cam videos.
Thanks for a great tutorial! I just got my Cricut Explorer Air about 2 hours ago, so I'm going to need lots of tutorials, but I'm so excited!! I have watched a ton of videos on You Tube & I have to tell you that you are one of the best instructors I've seen. I like how you show attention to detail by telling us what you're doing, step-by-step, especially on changing the sizes, duplicating, turning the pieces and how to do scoring. Love the card & will definitely come back & watch this video again and try to make the same card, after I get more familiar with Circuit. Thanks!
This card is so stinking CUTE!! Thanks for the tutorial! I am new to the whole Cricut world and I am learning a lot from you! Thanks so much for making this craft easier!
My Cricut Explore Air is coming the week and I'm really excited! Thank you for your tutorial, I think it will help me get off to a good start. You make it look so easy!
I wish there was a way to get card base designs that others have made. I think I could become a good working partner with my circuit if that was the case. Right now we have a love/hate relationship. You make it look so easy. Thanks for the video. You are a good teacher.
Great video thanks for sharing! Just I little tip the thing I do that quickly gets you the craft room and score line in one search is to filter and check the free box they'll all come right up for you!
love your tutorials I have the air and never could find a decent tutorial how to use this tings you have made my love for hobby crafting so much fun and so much easier thank you so much
Lorrie what an adorable card. Love it and will watch again just to be sure I'm getting it all. I appreciate your showing where things are on the screen. that's a big help for me. Thank you Lorrie I really like this card. pat
Lorrie, you make this look like something I could actually do. My hesitation with all things Cricut has been that I was under the impression that you had to purchase cartridges for EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you wanted. I didn't want another thing to collect.
OMG Your card is so Fabulous WOW what an awesome card and super tutorial.......I love what you created.....I am so going to do this and love your added suggestion of making one and saving it and then use it for a make it now....YOU so ROCK!! Joan Smith
Love the card !! Learn more from watching you, than any one else!!! You explain in better details on how to do something!!! How many mats do you actually use ? Thank you for all your tutorials !!!
Hi Lorrie! I'm a complete Cricut newbie starting out by watching videos. Love the video, but, my one question is, how does it cut the cupcake out exactly like the image - colors and all. Is that by markers/pens? I'm just slightly confused by that. Thank you, Tawnya
Lorrie Thanks for the great video's. I have a question in regards to ensuring all my pieces are aligned. When I line the two rectangles on either side of the square and then check the y axis on the first rectangle mine is at 6.12. Next I went to the square and changed the y axis to 6.12 it moves my square to a totally different location on my mat? can you tell me what I'm doing wrong and how I can correct this? Thanks
Hi, thank you for this tutorial. How would I make a 4x6 folded card but I need to make 1 side bigger than the other side? If that makes any sense. Thanks
is there any way to do this using the cricket imagine? I just got mine off of a resale site and I do not know much about my cricket imagine, but I like the computer software you are using and wonder if you can use that for the imagine too?
Thank you for teaching us how to make the Trifold Card with Cricut Explore. I have a question, how were you able to print the cupcake exactly how it shows online? same design and pattern paper?
Hi, I know it's been a while since you asked this question and don't know if you already found the answer. I have been watching lots of videos as I'm new to Cricut and I was able to learn some things. She got the image by printing it first in a regular printer and then cutting it in the cricut machine. The three half squares in the three corners of the page where the cupcake shows are for the cricut to read the lines and cut afterwards.
I know on my cricut design room you can select all your pieces and on the top bar is an align button that will align the pieces either by top center or bottom.
Love this card! Unfortunately, when I went to cut the card (upper label welded to the base and sides), I got the message, "This image is too large to cut. Reduce size." Any suggestions? Thank you!
my "y" access did not function properly when I try to align them and put the enumeration to match it completely moves it away from the area where I originally placed it, please help.
I'm confused - this tutorial says its for an Explore, but when I make the base of this card (the square, 2 side panels, and the decorative label) I get a warning that its bigger than 6.75 X9.25. Why?
Score lines on the explore do not cut. They are meant for the score tool. If you don't have a score tool just fold or score with a ruler and bone folder or the back of a butter knife
Lorrie Nunemaker May I ask as to where you bought/found your Wink of Stella Brush? Was at HL today and didn't find any. Of course it (the store) was in turmoil, moving things around. I couldn't have found a hole to crawl in if I wanted to. LOL Thanks. Love your videos!! Keep them coming!!

Thanks for a fantastic step-by-step video. The card is wonderful and I can't wait to make it. You are truly a great instructor. TFS.

You made this seem so easy. I just got my Cricut Air. I find I'm getting the results, but I go about one cut at a time.
Thanks for your video! 👌🏻

Lorrie thanks for sharing your wonderful ideas. Is there any chance you can share the file in which you saved your design?
Love this tutorial. Thanks for the idea.
You are a pro! I just got my Cricut Air and am gathering supplies. Tell me about you tape/glue dispenser!!!
a wonderful video!!!
What are you using to go over the print at the end? Is it a marker?
What kind of glue tool are you using in this video?
What are the dots you are using as embellishments?
Thank you for teaching how to make the card
Awesome tutorial! Thanks!
really liked that it looks great
Thank you for teaching us how to make the Trifold Card with Cricut Explore. I have a question, how were you able to print the cupcake exactly how it shows online? same design and pattern paper?
+MIAChicScrapper I second this. How did you print the exact cupcake?
I was wondering the same thing
MIAChicScrapper I

Way cute. Thank you so much for the tutorial : )
I know on my cricut design room you can select all your pieces and on the top bar is an align button that will align the pieces either by top center or bottom.
At the time I filmed this video the align feature was not yet released in Design Space, it is available now
Great tutorial . Thank you so much
Love this card! Unfortunately, when I went to cut the card (upper label welded to the base and sides), I got the message, "This image is too large to cut. Reduce size." Any suggestions? Thank you!
Very good video.
thanks for sharing I will be defiantly trying this.
Hi - was just wondering what tool you use at at the end to give it a shine - awesome video
She used the Wink of Stella
Hi Lorrie! Great Video! What size of envelope would I need for this card?
thank you for the tutorial! I will have to practice welding :)
Awesome Lorrie!
that was that pen used at the end? was that a gloss?
I am definitely making this!! maybe without the sides since I'm a nooby. lol Did you score the fold on the top??
I loved the card...
thank you that was fun I did it along with you I have not made the card ...yet!! saved for another time! :) where can I get a 5x5 envelope ??
my "y" access did not function properly when I try to align them and put the enumeration to match it completely moves it away from the area where I originally placed it, please help.
what size of paper did u use for the trifold?
Why would my explorer not have "cartridges". It might, but I'm just not finding it. Thank you! Love your channel!! :)
Kathy roblee-stepro the images live in your design space library. You need to sync them to the library(your account) if they are not already.
I like to use ma own photo to make a card how can I du it?
I'm confused - this tutorial says its for an Explore, but when I make the base of this card (the square, 2 side panels, and the decorative label) I get a warning that its bigger than 6.75 X9.25. Why?
You’ve got the base set to print and cut instead of cut
@@LorrieNunemaker Yes, I finlly figued that out. Should have welded! Thank you so mucn for responding!
Help me trying to do this as you do it on my iPad I do not have a computer can I still do it?!
Print Then Cut is not yet available for the iPad. Perhaps sometime in the near future. I'm looking forward to this as well.
Thank you.
what application did you use?
For some reason my score lines are not cutting do i need a different blade than the one thats already on my explorer?
Score lines on the explore do not cut. They are meant for the score tool. If you don't have a score tool just fold or score with a ruler and bone folder or the back of a butter knife
+Lorrie Nunemaker thank you I'm new to this whole cricut stuff and I really enjoy your videos they are easy to follow .

My score lines are gone so I can't weld it, impossible on iPad!!!!!!!!
super cute :)
Is it me, or do you have to be a Genius to understand this?? LOLLL
vous auriez plus vite fait manuellement
when I load my own designs, and want to print,
I resize my design in the preview! and I print it in a much smaller size that is not why!
Michelle Alan I'm sorry I don't understand this comment?
What is your Facebook page, I would love to join it!
