Oh, to be in a church service where YOU are the organist. That would be heaven on earth!
It was beautiful music again. Happy is the congregation with Paul Fey as organist.👍👏👏👏
Thank you so much for watching! 😀
Paul, please come to Ontario, CANADA and put on a concert tour! I have some contacts for you!
Thanks, Paul. Your variations and harmonies add so much life and heft to these beautiful and inspiring hymns.
Thank you so much for watching Brian! These are sounds from the Hauptwerk software! 😀😊
Ostern kann kommen 👍👍👍
Oooh ja 😀
Love the Sox!!!
Love the socks that complement the calendar.
Yes, I love these beautiful hyms, 😺🇨🇦💕💖💞♥️❤️ I love seeing all the different pipe organ videos, beautiful instrument, the best! 😺
As usual Paul...❤...Thanks for that vitality in hope, faith and perseverance. This world is blessed to have a brother amongst brothers who convey determination to love and keep the faith in tune with one another. Peace. 🕊 😇😉
Superb arrangements and registrations! Thanks for posting.

Das freut mich! 😀
Thank you Paul for putting this celebratory concert together for us all to enjoy 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Well Done!!!!!!!!
Glorious music we sadly only hear at Easter. Thank you for your special harmonies. Very inspiring sounds.
WOW! So many of my favorite Easter anthems. How I do wish you could visit Marion, Ohio and bring our Casavant 3 manual , 50 rank organ to life and possibly even wake the sleepy of the congregation with your beautiful arrangements of these hymns! God bless you.
Mein Respekt kennt keine Grenzen mehr ob der unglaublichen Harmonisierung und des gewaltigen Vortrags. Sagenhaft! 💪🏻👏🏻👍🏻🙏🏻
Wow, I just experienced the excitement of Easter morning. You are welcome to visit our Lutheran church anytime. You’re the best arranger of all time! Go Paul🗣️
Zeer mooi Paul, heb weer genoten. Graag meer van dit, goed tempo. Beter dan menig ander organist hier in Holland.
Thank you so much! 😀
Da kommt große Freude auf. 👏👍🏻
Danke dir 😀
Ich freue mich so auf Ostern. Vielen Dank für die Einstimmung !!!!!
Gern geschehen!
I'm a new subscriber, so I have no idea how long the marvelous penguin theme has been in place, but a touch of merriment only makes this beautiful music more wonderful! Thank you!
Thank you so much!! Its been here for quite a while 😀🐧
@@PaulFey I love it! (And the gorgeous music as well, of course!)
This made me cry Paul, remembering going to church at Easter with my parents and sister. I love Easter hymns! As always, thank you so much maestro.
Thank you so much for watching, David! 😊
Wahr Spitze. Danke Paul
Dankeschön 😀
Cool ! Thank you Paul. I'm putting together a modest little Easter Prelude organ medley for our tiny village church this Sunday, and have been receiving excellent inspirations from yourself and Richard McVeigh.🐧🐧🐧
Really good harmonizations played with confidence and vigor at a good tempo. Great job. Just what I needed to hear tonight!
Thank you Paul for the beautiful Easter hymns. They were all so joyous and warmly played. I love all of them. 🇿🇦
Me too also and, dear Paul, have a very beautifull Easter week. Guy
Thank you so much!! 😀
Thank you for the fantastic performans. They ere my favorite hymns. Im 79 and yours are the best.
Your a awsome organist. I remember those hymns from Easter
I love the way you keep your compositions aimed at all levels. Most others are making needlessly complex Toccatas (in some stupid key) and stuff which can put new players off.
It is a great hymn Hosanna Loud hosannas- I love your little turns really make it very dance like and the great discord at the end of 2.50. Superb solo stop at the end of 3.50 - man you never run out of ideas. BRAVO Paul. That is a very well known hymn at 6.00. Judas Maccabeus gives you great scope for all your inventive playing. I used to love playing Thine is the Glory but he congregation usually became lost most likely it was my fault. "The Day of Resurrection" is a great hymn to conclude an Easter Sunday service. These hymns really show what Easter is all about. Thanks again dear friend. ps a whole flock of penguins came ashore when they heard you playing these.
Thank you Paul! Very well played. God Bless you!
Absolutely fantastic Paul! You're the best!😁👏👏👏👏
Beautiful arrangement Paul! I love to play Easter hymns. Have a blessed week!
I love the Easter tide as well!! Thank you for watching 😀

Uomo grande!!! WOW !!!!

Great to listen to these wonderful Easter hymns with words which mean so much to me….I have been busy decorating and now to sit down to relax with this music is great! Thank you so much!
I‘m so happy to hear that, Andrew! Thank you so much for watching 😀
Very talented Paul. I play at church but only by ear, and am limited in what keys I can play. (Praise the Lord for the transpose buttons 😂😂) .Love your arrangement s. 😀
Sehr schön. Danke Paul Fry 👌👌👌

You have captured the unique and overwhelming joy of the Easter season!
Thank you, Peter!! 😀
Thank you for the great music.
Thank you very much for watching! 😀
Sehr Schön, herr Fey!
Hey, lieber Paul.
Thank you so much Lex!! Haha, thats true - I‘d probably play a bit slower at church as well 😀
Guten Abend lieber Paul, fantastisch einfach genial grandiose Komposition ! Danke 🙏🏻
Gewaltig und schön 👏👏👏 Bravo
Dankeschön 😀
I am trying to get the Hauptwerk system to replace our old organ. Much resistance. This will help convince the oldtimers
Wonderful Paul ! Really stunning arrangements !
Gracious Holy Week to you !
Thank you very much, Remi!
L❤ve it😊😊😊
😀😀
In diesem Sinne
Frohe Ostern aus Regensburg.
Traumhaft schön so perfekt Ostern pur!! Danke lieber Paul ich wünsch dir und deinen lieben ein schönes Osterfest
Vielen lieben Dank!! Ich wünsche dir auch ein frohes Osterfest! 😀
Esecuzioni splendide, con variazioni veramente belle. Bravo!
Thank you so much!! 😀
Excellent!
I'm really enjoying your music.
I've purchased several selections.
I have your Easter/Pentecost collection and hope to blend one of your short fanfares with the hymn "Christ the Lord is risen" for Sunday for our opening hymn. Thanks for the inspiration.
Just purchased joyful joyful/Ode to Joy.
I see several pieces use the trill in the left hand. I'm use to trilling with two notes, but when it is a chord, I'm not so sure of the technique, any advice would be so appreciated....thanks for being such a blessing. God is using your talents to bless so many of us!!!
It’s not trilling if it is chords. That is called a Tremolo.
Be sure to rotate your hand at the wrist as if you were rapidly turning a door knob to get the best effect on your tremolo.
There is an excellent tremolo exercise in the Hanon book of 60 exercises. It is quite a lengthy exercise.
I highly recommend you get that book of exercises. Good luck.
Practice the tremolo only for brief periods of time so that you don’t strain or hurt your hand and wrist.
It’s very easy to overdo.
NICE!
Thank you!! 😀
this is awesome! 👌
Thank you!! 😀
beautiful!
This is lovely, but I love how the first hymn was a palm Sunday hymn😂
Awesome!
What is controlled by the left expression shoe and what is controlled by the right expression shoe?
Great, harmonies! Too bad we just did All Glory Laud and Honor for Palm Sunday!
Thine be the Glory is also known as Zions Daughter, 😺
calendar is on march... it's april now:)

Paul, You are a very good organist. I wonder that you are not on the recital circuit. I don't know how you gain enjoyment from listening to or performing on recorded music. You have the same effect as a recording except you are playing the notes instead of the original or some other person. An organ, as you know, is a multi-source, stereophonic instrument and listening to these samples organs is nothing more than listening to a recording. The result is a singe source sound - the speaker or headphones and the captures reverberation of the building But it is not accurate as the building respond differently to mass chords, whereas the sampling took place as individual notes and are played back on command. You are helping to eliminate pipe organs, pipe organ builders and maintenance people every time you play one of these synthetic instruments. Why buy a real organ when you can buy one on a disc, and play it from some cheap console. right?
At the rate the organ industry is going, there will be very few operating pipe organ in the next 20 years. Only the most historic and notable instruments will be left but who will take care of them. One by one, as we die off, they will fall silent until one day people might wander into the few churches that are left and wonder what that thing is. Some broken down old man will tell them that at one time it was a musical instrument but it hasn't played 50 years. I am seeing this today as churches close and pipe organs are being thrown out or just left to rot in the church, Just in process of finished an organ left abandoned in a church for 10 years. The damage from dampness, dust and lack of care was incredible. So play on, gifted young man, play with your hauptwerk and help to wipe out a few more organs. Much cheaper to use a play-back machine. You are one of the best, Paul. Help save the organs. Young talented boys like you are in a position to do that.
Hey Robert, thank you so much for watching!! While I totally agree with you about the importance of playing the real organs I have to disagree with some of your points. Logistically it simply is not possible for me to record a new organ (real life) for 3 videos each week, so the artificial organ recordings have to do the job. I don’t think that these sampled organs hurt the reputation of our real instruments, with people like me making these sets more known to a wider audience, we may even find new advocates for our real instruments! As a conclusion: A real organ cannot and will never be replaceable with a digital recording, thats a fact - and I‘ll always be eager to record on a real organ if time, people and the church allow it - I promise! 😀
