The hardgoods I’ve also found have been slim pickings this year in Florida in goodwill. So fun seeing you shop my state :) and yeah Saturday crowds are crazy
Because I've watched you for a few years, when I thrift, I now even check out the clear glass. First time I really LOOKED at the clears , I found a Tiffany bowl valued at $100 - ish and a lovely Kosta Boda vase! Score!
I'm kinda not surprised you found Tiffany & Co in Florida! Soooooo many New York City senior citizens retired to Florida, & I think it's a pretty safe bet they brought their Tiffany & Co treasures with them!
I lived in fl last 8 years (pinellas County) GW’s were flat…..I figured that it was too highly populated of an area with a million folks in Pinellas County (Tampa) area alone. Central PA is hit/miss in the GW dept, but a hunter like Jocelyn can I spy nearly all of the goodies. Having lived in both places, I think Central PA is better for GW shopping overall.
The new seniors are retired children of the elderly or passed seniors who had lived there, especially the east coast near Miami. Lots of newlyweds and young people too.
I have found 2 pieces of Tiffany & Co. at Goodwill. One was a hexagon Bamboo pattern dish, the other is a 96 oz Pitcher with the Lily of the Valley pattern!
I found Tiffany and Co candlesticks at church thrift a month ago. Didn’t want to spend 50 that day,but went back last week and got them for myself for my b-day. Haggled them to forty, I love them!
I still think it’s a bit crazy that you can put Goodwill in a GPS and away you go. But then I actually remember there being a stoplight on the way into Atlanta on what was the last bit of what would be I75. I’m thinking the wait to get through traffic jam caused by stoplight was an hour. My guess is that was probably 1972
I really like that the 2nd goodwill wrapped their multiples in plastic instead of the tape that wrecks painted pieces. Also great idea to put stuff in baskets instead of baggies.
This time of year all Florida goodwills are packed. I don’t even go during season, to many people! Plus it seems like the resellers have quadrupled and it’s difficult to find things. Enjoy your vacation!
I’m 74 and love going to estate sales. If it wasn’t for GPS i would never go out the door. I never know where I’m at so to get home i have to ask my gps to get me back home.
I am also 74 years old and my sense of Direction is non existent. When I go out thrifting in the "good" neighborhoods, my GPS gets me home in one piece.
I found a Tiffany tumble up at my local Goodwill a few months ago - $3.99! It had been thoroughly wrapped in cellophane so I didn't know it was Tiffany until I got it home. It was marked on the bottom and still had the sticker. It was pretty heavy for its size. I hope yours turns out to be Tiffany! 🙂
01:01 Too much time on their hands? Boredom? 01:50 do WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT??? The LMS (London, Midland, and Scottish railway) never fielded ANYTHING with a 4-4-4 wheel arrangement! It's complete fantasy on some modeler's part. 04:14 I like the way they're using restaurant cling film instead of packing tape to bind items together! It's far less destructive to the pieces, AND cheap (about $17 for a thousand foot roll). Maybe you could suggest it to the MD and PA Goodwills as a best practice. 05:05 DANG, throw that one my way! I would be SO HAPPY to have a Tiffany decanter! 07:07 Don't do it! Comps say $19.99 is high retail. 08:13 As my friends Amanda and Julia say, "kinda creepy, kinda cool." 12:10 Yeah, IMO someone's literally kicked it around in a garden.
If no ticket, wait to see a Employee and ask can I Get a ticket for this. Some are helpful and get it. Or I knock on the back door. They mostly will do it. Front desk Will not if they are busy. Give the sad face, u ready want it😘
I watched your video today had to go check out goodwill in cedar rapids iowa started with the nick nacks caught myself checking out the bottoms Luke I knew what I was looking at😂😂😊😅
Hard to believe people would make nasty comments regarding your location. A strange world out there! Speaking of strange- that swan with an avocado??? I always wonder in ceramic and figurine factories- who decides the world needs an avocado swan?😂Congratulations on the Tiffany piece though!
There are loads of thrift stores, small business, SPCA and church run. Lots of GW's, a few Salvation Army. A Renninger's flea market, and 3 Antique malls.
I noticed everyone says their Goodwills are a joke. no matter if you're on the West Coast, East Coast or middle ....I'm.beginning.to think Pennsylvania is the only state that has good Goodwills ...😂. Ours in NE are basically general dollars stores new merch and maybe 2 shelves of donated items, chipped , broken or obsolete.
@2:52 I just sold the same wedding box 🙂 I have 3 or 4 small Tiffany bowls(?) or maybe candy dishes I got at a rummage sale last summer. Need to get them listed! Those Temptations bowls were a steal at $11.99! I sometimes see 1 piece priced that high
I was just in both those Goodwills right before you. Touched a lot of the things you looked. The second Goodwill was up in North Wickham in Melbourne. Their shelves are always packed. Found a Moser at that one.
I wish you could travel back through Harrison Arkansas and stop by lovejoys Collectables…. Big Booth store but awesome prices on glass, vintage, antique pieces!!
Great finds! I'm not a seller, but love shopping thrift stores. My husband and I love to travel. We get excited when we just happen to discover a Goodwill. Have to go in!
I live in FL near New Port Richey & Clearwater area. Our large Goodwill stores mostly sell donated clothes and shoes with only a few shelves for nicnacs, dishes, etc. Sadly, throughout the stores they do have tons of cheaply made NEW items from China or wherever. What a waste of space! I love watching Jocelyn shop at Goodwills that have so much good stuff!
Get video, as usual!! Last year I found a Tiffany & Co. sugar bowl at my local Goodwill for $3.89 ~ sold it on eBay for $365 in less than a month!! I’ll take that profit margin all day long!!
You found some nice things today in Florida it looks like. My husband thinks I’m crazy cause I love to check a good thrift store out when I go on vacation. But whatever’s in Jackson hole you’re running short of time didn’t get to go there.
I think that wooden bowl/ tray is super cool❤I am with you large crowds cause me anxiety especially when they are pushy and invading my personal space 😂 hope you are having a great vacation and thank you for taking us with you ❤❤
Many years ago, a sterling silver turkey size Tiffany tray was given to me. Before internet days. It was scratched. I didnt realize it could me polished. I sold it for two hundred dollars. Lol. Shame on me.
I found Tiffany at one of my local thrift stores here in FL (Not Goodwill), but overall the pickings are getting slim down here. Good time to attack the deathpile. lol
As a Floridian here on the West Coast - our Goodwills are not nearly as fun for hard goods as I think yours up north seem to be. Ours are full of a bunch of donated dollar store garbage - so many multiples of cheap brand new in box/bag stuff and very little fun donated hard goods. Now…clothes are another story - lots of clothes for resellers.
If you are still interested in selling the Fiesta ware, I talked to a friend of mine who collects Fiesta ware and told her she needed to contact you and see if the two fo you could reach a price agreement.
My new fav expression " don't get crunchy with me"! 🤣 Your awesome and always fun to watch ✌🏻🩷😃
A favorite from Yvon Thrifty Rich!
I love that expression too. 😂
The hardgoods I’ve also found have been slim pickings this year in Florida in goodwill. So fun seeing you shop my state :) and yeah Saturday crowds are crazy
Tiffany in the wild! nice!
Lovin the plastic wrap in these Goodwill's. It's way better than trying to get all that tape off
Because I've watched you for a few years, when I thrift, I now even check out the clear glass. First time I really LOOKED at the clears , I found a Tiffany bowl valued at $100 - ish and a lovely Kosta Boda vase! Score!
Wow, Gail, that’s fabulous!
Haven't seen you in a long time. Has not been since tou were in Chilly Pennsylvania. We have similar interests.
See you later!
Blessings, & thanks
Kim
The cream and sugar are Bulgaria pottery. I have several pieces. Beautiful small country. Fun to see the pottery.
I'm kinda not surprised you found Tiffany & Co in Florida! Soooooo many New York City senior citizens retired to Florida, & I think it's a pretty safe bet they brought their Tiffany & Co treasures with them!
I, too, have found Tiffany in FL. I think your theory holds.

You sound a little sick. Hope you feel better soon
I FOUND A SIGNED TIFANY TUMBLEUP
Last time I was in Florida, I found a very dirty Tiffany piece for $5. Washed it in warm soapy water and it looks beautiful!
The frosted bowl you passed up (3:13) was Verlys, thistle pattern.
😮If it wasn't marked it was Heisey using the Verlys mold.
Thanks for taking us on vacation... That's dedication....that 2nd goodwill was a scene not sure I could have stayed long either 👍😆
I have found 2 pieces of Tiffany & Co. at Goodwill. One was a hexagon Bamboo pattern dish, the other is a 96 oz Pitcher with the Lily of the Valley pattern!
Wow I just love lily of the valley❤ 96oz is huge
I found a Tiffany & Co sterling & gold bracelet, and a Tiffany blue glass heart paper weight, both at the bins.
Thanks for taking us along. I think the pitcher with an M was a W for Waterford. Looks like one I was given for my wedding 26 years ago.
Why is there a need to know where she’s at? 🤷♀️
You tell um girl, just watch the video, PEOPLE. 🙄
Well, said.
The black and white bowl would work well with Mackenzie childs decor.
Loved that bowl.🤷🏻♀️
Did you have a sore throat? You sound different.
I am getting over being sick.
The avocado swan figurine would have been good for a weirdo sale!
I found Tiffany and Co candlesticks at church thrift a month ago. Didn’t want to spend 50 that day,but went back last week and got them for myself for my b-day. Haggled them to forty, I love them!
Happy Birthday ❗🎁🌹😊
@@Ginger57 Thanks!
That's the one I live by there go daily... Except Saturday I was at legoland 😭
She should have searched out the Tiffany decanter to see what the glasses look like that go with it.

I'll have to borrow the word "Crunchy". I love it.😅
Why on earth would people get pissy because you don't know your exact location dang they should enjoy the video and just chillax
Loving the Florida thrifting videos ♥️
Right on, momma, tell ‘em!! Keep your negativity oughta my yard…but you say it kindly, nicer than I would!
Hey! Cool videos, right! “Crunchy” is one of Yvon Thrifty Rich’s words!
It is her word
The more time you spend with Kate, the more you sound like her.
That's sooo funny - I was actually thinking the same thing on this video lol!
She sound just like herself🤷♀️
I was thinking that too!
I really like that the 2nd goodwill wrapped their multiples in plastic instead of the tape that wrecks painted pieces. Also great idea to put stuff in baskets instead of baggies.
I thought the same thing, grab bag baskets. Novel idea
Wrapping dishes saves you from looking for all the pieces
This time of year all Florida goodwills are packed. I don’t even go during season, to many people! Plus it seems like the resellers have quadrupled and it’s difficult to find things. Enjoy your vacation!
😂 I laughed out loud when you said you’ve no idea where you are, but somewhere in Florida . Your videos are always fun!
Well done Jocelyn on the Tigfany

I'm so glad GPS is available for us at our age. Where do you live? I live in Wilton California not far from Sacramento or San Francisco
@celestaroberts4389 I live in Indianapolis IN and we have round abouts that terrify me and I always get lost on them.
@@bereatha1 We should become FB friends. My husband is deceased 2018.
2 more GW in Melbourne/Viera area & 1 in Palm Bay, off I-95 go west, it's a smaller store.
The 2nd store in video was the Palm Bay store! A future video should be Melbourne and probably Viera!
Hello, all :) Have a wonderful week!

The closest Goodwill to me here in FL is the Clermont one ! It’s about a 40 min drive !!!!! I may have to take that drive and go now ! ❤
It would be really cool if you started manufac
turing canvas shopping bags wi
th ur logo, and maybe ur coffee art I think people wd really like them
Well, she has already done that. Her first order of canvas bags with her logo sold out immediately.

I think your voice sounds a little gravelly today. Hope youre not getting a cold. 🤧
I live just a few miles away from Melbourne, and I never find anything great at the goodwills!
The avocado swan was epic! 😂😊😄
Tumble up Tiffiany is signed. Found one in Melbourne goodwill!
I recently found a Tiffany vase for $2.80. Such a thrill. Congratulations on your finds
I believe, there are many interesting thrift stores in Melbourne in addition to Goodwill

If it’s your favorite and you’ve been there before…Where is it located?
I wouldn't tell people where I'm at, you need to be safe.❤️
I loved the beebowl
I would have paid up for it.
I love cooking with Temptations. Nothing sticks and it can go from the oven to the freezer.
The tumble-up may also be Tiffany & Co.
Just found a Tiffany bowl for $4.00 in NC!
Clear bowl is a Verlys brand bowl worth around $50
Why don’t you sell much cut glass? I belong to a group that loves it!
She has her specialties. She can’t pick up everything.
The giraffe is from South Africa, I think. Love it!
Hello Jocelyn and family ❤❤😊😊 love you guys 😊
Me saying please take the pretty purple vases
You have to e happy with the decanter 😊😊

You’re in my hood. 😊 The quality of this Goodwill has slipped, but you can still occasionally find great stuff that slips through the cracks!
Oo I live the rose bowl😊
Check out the estate sales if you get time😁
I like your necklace
How could you pass up the duck with the avocado on it's back? Personally I'd rather have that than the clear Tiffany decanter. 😮

The crystal pitcher marked M is about 35-40 dollars I believe.
I didn't know Waterford labeled just W sometimes and not all written out...
I think the glasses for the decanter were on the shelf below one of the ones you looked at.... they had square bottoms
Have a good time in Florida.
Florida is hit or miss. If you shop the higher end cities, you can do really well. Sarasota, Naples, West Palm. Great Goodwills!
