I have to say that this game doesn't deserve all of the negativity it gets at the moment. One really good thing is that it released without any major performance issues and lag. A lot of the bigger games didn't release without horrible performance problems, but Outlaws runs very smooth. The graphics are mostly good. I think the negative reviews are peeps jumping on the bandwagon. As someone whos played every Star Wars game since the 80s, this is a great Star Wars experience. PS: Some of the missions are more fun on bad reputation.
great video, while im here i just want to quickly rant and say star wars outlaw should have been a tad like gta, the fact that I cant steal a random speeder or vehicle is diabolical
When I put it on the other option now it blocks off some of the HUD on my screen. There's no screen zone adjuster in the settings so I can't see the top and left sides of the HUD.
One of my biggest mistakes was to let my reputation with the Hutts get to terrible. After finishing the game and trying to finish up side quests and other contracts, their death squad runs up on me at least every 5 minutes and there are A LOT of them! I can’t figure out how to get out of the Terrible reputation either 😢 Making the game unbearable and exploration almost impossible!
I do feel like all of the reviews are treating it like a linear experience where they ignore all of the side content because they wanted to get a judgmental review out.

This game is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. What bothers me the most is the references to the Disney Star Wars stuff. I absolutely hate what Disney has done to the franchise. If there was a heavier focus on classic stuff it would be much better. Hell I even like Kay Vess, but put more interaction with canonical characters in there, that actually begave like they used to and the game would be perfect! Disney just Ruined it for me, just like I was not fully able to enjoy Jedi Survivor. To much demage has been done!
People are just liking the Jedi side and Star Wars is can be in many roles across the franchise so I strongly disagree this game is so good and inspiring ❤😊
Everything in this video has been displayed multiple times by Ubisoft themselves across all of their marketing in the leadup to the game. If Ubisoft are showing it off pre-launch, it's not spoilers my man, they would not spoil their own game If you wanted to know exactly 0 things about this game, why did you click on the video in the first place 💀

Outlaws is OK but not the open world star wars game i envisioned , also the start of the game is REALLY linear, in order to actually open the "open world part up" i.e. go to more then one planet you have to complete a series of long boxed in missions. also i HATE the mandatory stealth parts , a true open world game is the type of game you can "play your way" thats what makes games like skyrim last so long , because it really is this open world sandbox. outlaws is not that game. its more of your typical ubisoft game with a star wars coat of paint on it to be honest.
Ubisoft have shared all of them in the leadup to launch as well my man, they're not really spoilers if Ubisoft is willing to share them. They wouldn't spoil their own game 👍
This game is a solid 8 and addictive as hell! those trashing it havent even played it! im not a massive SW Fan at all but love open world adventures so I pre-ordered and i'm really happy I did. Shut off from the world and online toxicity and play it alone for a few hours and youll be singing a new tune. i'm hooked on sabacc and I usually hate mini games...I Do wish they would fix her hair or give us more cosmetic options like survivor though!
I see these as more of a flaw with the game than anything else. If you can play through the entire game without needing your skills or reputation, then they designed that game poorly. The gameplay that requires said abilities is so simple stupid and easy already as it is, what's the point, other than frivolity, in bothering to unlock them? The enemies are already a bunch of idiots. You can already accomplish everything you need to in order to get your missions done. So, again, what's the point? Had they actually made these things necessary for progression, that would have required them to make drastically better content in terms of AI, mission complexity, faction complexity, etc. so we can see why it didn't go that way. It would have required actual thought and effort, rather than just making a bunch of simple stupid fetch missions. You said it yourself, you end up with a lot of credits and nothing to spend them on. That's the epitome of pointless. Also, I maxed out my reputation with some factions and aside from the stupid aesthetic rewards, and basic blaster, ship or speeder upgrades, what do you get out of this? Well, not much. I still can't enter "restricted" areas, so I still have to sneak into them regardless, even with maxed out reputation. All you get out of maxing out someone's reputation is having to make sure you don't damage it by taking jobs from other factions, so all reputation gets you is making it harder to get and complete jobs, and some really basic rewards that barely matter in actual gameplay, because the gameplay is already entirely too easy, because the AI is some of the worst I've ever seen. All in all, too many things about this game are a massive disappointment when you really drill down into the individual systems. It all feels very rushed and undercooked imo, and I think praising games like this will be a detriment to the future of game development. I think even a 7/10 score is a little high for this game. More like, 6/10.
I usually play on my PlayStation portal and I realized for this game specifically the graphics are very average on there it’s frustrating… because games like god of war and Spider-Man look perfect on it
The game is enjoyable BUT it has problems. A.I is terrible....graphics look unfinished....you cant do things youd expect to be able to do in an openworld ( cant attack npcs/stormtroopers...cant shoot from your speeder etc) Imagine if you could actually attack random NPCs/ stormtroopers and gain bounties with mandolorians and bounty hunters coming after you. Theres so much more this game could be and i get the criticism.

So basically there are only 3 mistakes in this video (Exclamation marks, Annotations and Side quests".
This game is amazing. So adddicted to it
I think the negative reviews are peeps jumping on the bandwagon.
Don't play in 21:9 mode on consoles, it just black bars covering a 16:9 mode, it does not increase fov or anything
When I put it on the other option now it blocks off some of the HUD on my screen. There's no screen zone adjuster in the settings so I can't see the top and left sides of the HUD.
Goto settings, gameplay and adjust view-angle its the FOV
When you switch to 16:9
@@AntMan-nz oh okay I didn't think that would affect the HUD on the screen I'll try that
unlocking doors/treasure on gamepad is nightmare :D
I start this game on day 1, so far so good, its a stealth game and its quite hard, i dont know why it got so much hate lol
I don’t get the hate. I can’t put the game down. I do a crazy amount of jobs and side quests just to get lost in the world
are syndicate contracts unlimited
I do feel like all of the reviews are treating it like a linear experience where they ignore all of the side content because they wanted to get a judgmental review out.
Today I finally get to play it ❤️
I really didn’t like it at first. It felt so clunky and boring but since I’ve unlocked more worlds it’s actually sooo good!!!
I'm so glad to see some positive reception when it comes to this game. It actually is a gem and I have enjoyed it so much. I'm 10 hours in and im still on the first planet doing side quests and really just enjoying it and savoring it. Thank you so much for this video
"It actually is a gem"
1. how much do you get paid for LYING?
2. didn't your mom teach you any morals?
I’m enjoying it
I am in 74 h and didint finish the main request😆
It seems cool these day to hate on a game that you secretly enjoy playing
This game is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. What bothers me the most is the references to the Disney Star Wars stuff. I absolutely hate what Disney has done to the franchise. If there was a heavier focus on classic stuff it would be much better. Hell I even like Kay Vess, but put more interaction with canonical characters in there, that actually begave like they used to and the game would be perfect! Disney just Ruined it for me, just like I was not fully able to enjoy Jedi Survivor. To much demage has been done!
I’d keep one syndicate on terrible or bad just so the game gets interesting and if i need that syndicate just piss of another
Yeah I've done the same actually, I've always kept the Pykes at bad or terrible 😂
It is stealthy more stealthy than the new assassin creed games
People are just liking the Jedi side and Star Wars is can be in many roles across the franchise so I strongly disagree this game is so good and inspiring ❤😊
This game dare I say it is one of the best of the year I don't get the hate...but it doesn't hurt that I'm a huge SW fan.
I love this
bro i fully maxed out crimson dawn and it says i didn’t get the speeder parts but ik i did
I hate the spiking. Also why can't I carry a weapon up ladders or on the speeder
Pretty sure you can autocomplete spiking from the settings.
Spoiler free and continues to show you every planet you go to and different vendors/contract givers/skill people.
Thanks!
Everything in this video has been displayed multiple times by Ubisoft themselves across all of their marketing in the leadup to the game. If Ubisoft are showing it off pre-launch, it's not spoilers my man, they would not spoil their own game
If you wanted to know exactly 0 things about this game, why did you click on the video in the first place 💀
@@SammyBoiiiSW it was my mistake to click it and assume no spoilers at all, but I made the point so others know that like to avoid the content if doing the same as me.
I use to hate the game and be against it cus as a starwars fan I didn’t care for the shooting aspect of it and also it being woman your playing as I played it and beat it actually it good also didn’t want to get it or play it before cus I wanted time line wanted to know were in the starwars universe it took place in the movies but also the makers were saying its first ever open world and it not true when in facts starwars Jedi survival and one before it were open world
Outlaws is OK but not the open world star wars game i envisioned , also the start of the game is REALLY linear, in order to actually open the "open world part up" i.e. go to more then one planet you have to complete a series of long boxed in missions. also i HATE the mandatory stealth parts , a true open world game is the type of game you can "play your way" thats what makes games like skyrim last so long , because it really is this open world sandbox. outlaws is not that game. its more of your typical ubisoft game with a star wars coat of paint on it to be honest.
You can definitely have 5 bacta vials
"No spoilers" 40secs in video and all abilitys spoiled😆
This game is actually pretty good its just the bad graphics and gunplay that kinda sucks
Crimson Dawn 4 Life
Dang pykes lol
Just wait it out the game will go wayy cheap probably on Black Friday
Digital editions are overpriced. Physical copies are reasonably priced. I paid £50
There will probably be a 15% off Christmas sale
Or ubisoft+ if you're on pc or xbox.
I avoided the mistake of buying this game.
Same
I usually play on my PlayStation portal and I realized for this game specifically the graphics are very average on there it’s frustrating… because games like god of war and Spider-Man look perfect on it
The game is enjoyable BUT it has problems.
A.I is terrible....graphics look unfinished....you cant do things youd expect to be able to do in an openworld ( cant attack npcs/stormtroopers...cant shoot from your speeder etc)
Imagine if you could actually attack random NPCs/ stormtroopers and gain bounties with mandolorians and bounty hunters coming after you.
Theres so much more this game could be and i get the criticism.
You know what this game is a assassin creed Star Wars edition
After playing 10 hours, it’s nothing like assassins creed.
Everyone saying this is a Ubisoft re-skin with Star wars definitely has not played the game.
@@ApsmneShsbshu it basically assassins creed all you do is sneaking and knocking people out 90% of the time like it’s not bad I love it but it’s basically assassins creed a Star Wars experience you even have the sense like assassin creed
@@Eah2019 it’s actually nothing like assassins creed. The only similar thing is nixs sense ability. And it’s still very different than eagle vision
@@ApsmneShsbshu I’m legit replying assassin creed just because I forgot how good it was to be stealthy and taking down enemies I play Star Wars outlaws the same way sneak knock them out or shoot them with the electric round use my animal like it’s a rock to distract someone it’s a good game but to me it’s just has that assassins creed vibe without all the awesome stuff
Reviewers are rushing through and/or they hate Ubisoft
After all the negativity I’ve heard from UA-camrs about this game before playing it, I’m really starting to lose trust in their word.
It’s starting to remind me of music critics. Better off watching a walkthrough
spoiler free? shows me all the Experts like 1 min into the video xD
I've currently got 42k credits 😅
I’ve played this game. Despite seeing all the hate I have the ultimate edition and I’m having blast. I’m stealing money left and right in Thai game from the imperials
“Spoiler Free”. Then proceeds to show blocked out ability trees, experts, and a secret criminal network, all in the first 1.5 minutes. Had to stop watching to prevent more.
Haha no spoilers, first tip reveals all the contacts. You dog.
Ubisoft revealed them all quite a while ago my man, it's been public information for ages and if Ubisoft are willing to share their own "spoilers", it's not really spoilers is it. They wouldn't share anything that they would consider spoilers 👍
It's a good video but the titel says Spoiler Free but you spoiled 4 experts for me.
Sorry to hear that mate. They've all been shown in gameplay leading up to the launch of the game though, so if Ubisoft was fine with sharing them before launch, I wouldn't really consider them spoilers.
Avoid buy?
