I’m confused as to why CPS wasn’t called when home health couldn’t get in contact with the family repeatedly, and the child needed outside care. These monsters should never be let out of prison. They have no regard for human life if they allowed their own child to suffer and die like this. And all for a check. They wanted money after the initial injury, when the child was in (what sounds like) a persistent vegetative state. Again, because of THEIR negligence. There truly is evil in the world, folks. In most states, it isn't considered neglect to decline any type of services unless those services are court ordered, which I would doubt was the case here.
I simply cannot think, of any member, of *any ANIMAL* species, *_that would treat their offspring in this kind of way!_* This child could have, and *should have,* been allowed to die with dignity following the initial accident. The financial help given these two pigs, was more than many could have expected. They took the money and made the choice, it was their choice to make and they alone made it. As a Granddad of kids so dearly loved, I simply cannot find a place inside of me to feel any kind of sorrow for these animals! To rot in a prison for the rest of their lives, would be too good for what they truly deserve in this case! Sick to my guts!

When the hospital finds out that it was done intentionally yes child protective services is called, they not only lose the monthly benefits they also lose custody of their child. TOTAL SHAME!!!!

The child didn’t suffer the pain that comes along with bed sores, malnutrition etc bc he was only “alive” bc of the vent he was put on after the near drowning. Therefore he could not feel anything at all.

CPS should have been on them to see how the child is doing.😢 The child's case worker is negligent, a surprise visit could have saved the child.

I feel like the child was not being monitored, and that's why he fell in the pool. The parents felt guilty and couldn't disconnect the life support. They felt too much remorse. I suspect that when home health started suspecting neglect and raised concerns, they stopped allowing the visits. It sadly snowballed from there.
The only blame here are the lazy ass parents that they artificially kept him alive most likely a Soc.Sec. ck that's why they chased out Home Health Care because in their hands at least would of called the Co. they work for and told them he needed a hospital for "round" the clock care no way would a professional allow the boy to get to that condition truly the kid was a check❤🙏

I'm curious why the visiting nurse didn't notify Child protective services that they were unable to help with care. That baby NEVER should have gone home after the drowning to begin with. Not saying the parents aren't responsible for the baby's death but the nurse should have done more. RIP sweet baby.

I feel sick in my stomach, for parents taking care of a child, and the parents had the courage to let a child body desintegrated in such situations. What happened to Child protective services? CPS should have been on them to see how the child is doing.😢
The child's case worker is negligent, a surprise visit could have saved the child.

I feel like the child was not being monitored, and that's why he fell in the pool. The parents felt guilty and couldn't disconnect the life support. They felt too much remorse. I suspect that when home health started suspecting neglect and raised concerns, they stopped allowing the visits. It sadly snowballed from there.

The only blame here are the lazy ass parents that they artificially kept him alive most likely a Soc.Sec. ck that's why they chased out Home Health Care because in their hands at least would of called the Co. they work for and told them he needed a hospital for "round" the clock care no way would a professional allow the boy to get to that condition truly the kid was a check❤🙏
This is by far the saddest story I've every seen and I'm preying that dear little man didn't feel any pain throughout this tragic ordeal of neglect and greed it saddened my heart to see that the love of money came before the love of there own flesh and blood. God will punish them for this horrible and deplorable act. My heart goes out to everyone that was a part of this investigation and incident.

It's not a crime for no one to have seen a child who is completely bed ridden.

I'm curious why the visiting nurse didn't notify Child protective services that they were unable to help with care. That baby NEVER should have gone home after the drowning to begin with. Not saying the parents aren't responsible for the baby's death but the nurse should have done more. RIP sweet baby.
These cops that deal with and see these things- May God be with them! Lord, protect and bring them comfort as they work to find justice for all!

My question is if it was said the baby was brain dead why allow the child to go home it had to be known that the baby would die? So how can you say the baby was dead before they decided to not attend the child? The child could of died the day of and they got scared. So many questions but they made a bad choice all the way around.
